The Panel Station — unable to login to the account

I signed up but couldn't login to my account.. What is the reason?? It shows "enter valid email id and password".. But i used the correct one.. But still getting the same error.. I really don't know what i did wrong.. Can i use another gmail id to sign up again if it'll not be solved?? I really want to participate in this survey.. Please assist me with this..

I'm not able to log in my account, my email id is registered with TPS but when I'm trying to log in I'm getting the message that contact with our help desk to check thr status of your account. Please help me with this.

I want to complain about the panel station. I've been working here since 2 years and now they blocked my I'd for no reason. My gift voucher of 500₹ is pending too. I never thought that they will do this to me. I worked there faithfully and regularly, but they're not able to get that thing. Please anyone help me with this.please

I have all ready redeem 6000 point before 2 month and now they have block my account and no redeem voucher are given. Now customer does not replying to my mail also.
My mail id- [protected]@gmail.com was used as user id in login.

Everytime when I submit a survey they agree I start the survey but after completion of 99% suddenly survey gets crash and I get a msg saying LOOKS LIKE YOU WERE IN HURRY is this a joke why the hell are they doing this don't know don't trust on this company.

I had redeemed 3000 points on 27/10/2019 for rs.300 paytm cash but didn't received any amount till now.
I have submitted my complain to the panel station authority also by mail, but they are not replying at all.
Did i just wasted my time on taking the surveys??
