I took the membership for 3 years. Managed to avail only 2 days of holiday till now. After that, always heard that the rooms are not available. Anyone has any idea, how to get the refund of the membership money

i purchase membership of park privera before 3 years arround ago.
When i want to book family tour hotels all time no phone recieve or not booking repeated reason.
Not recieve call not reply on mail and i asked surrender membership not responce

I have purchased one year plane for 6 days, when sent email then find below response.
Guys any find correct phone number. please share me.

1. Since last 1 year, I have been asking to book the rooms well in advance before 60 days. But no confirmed bookings are provided.

2. Rahul Gupta (Director - [protected]) approached me in Dec-23 and assured that the 4 nights would be available in Feb-24 at Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh. Even paid AMC to Shishir (Manager, Mobile no. - [protected]). But now both have stopped picking up the calls when the booking dates are near. Clearly...

Company has failed to provide the holiday booking as promised by them at the time of membership. Every time tjey give some excuse and never actually make any booking. Its seems a scam and I need full refund of my amount alongwith interest....

I purchased it's membership November 23.I can try my holiday booking three or four times but they are not accept my booking.and answer me hotels are not available.this time I wrote a mail for booking 2 months ago date. I wrote mail 15 days ago but not answering my mail yet today.so I am not interested in your membership and refund my membership money....

I am new member of The Park Priviera my membership id CLPRKPV9557. From last week they are not responding any mails and phone calls also I have visited their office but no one was their and office is locked and notice attached on main door that they are under technical problem so please contact them on customer support mail id or phone but both services already not responding

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the extremely unsatisfactory and distressing experience I have had with Park Priviera Holiday and its employees, Directors of Park Priviera Hospitality Private Limited are Mohammedali H Ansari and Rahul Kumar Gupta.Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran. Mr. Suyal Rajput.

I had availed of the services of Park Priviera Holiday by making a payment of Rs. 55, 000 for a holiday package. However, the services provided by the company and the behaviour of its employees have been highly disappointing.

I would like to highlight the following grievances:

Lack of Communication:

Despite repeated attempts, I have not received any calls from the company regarding my concerns. Moreover, my calls have been intentionally blocked, preventing me from reaching out for assistance.

Unprofessional Email Responses:

The responses to my emails have been inadequate and unprofessional, lacking the necessary information and resolution to address my concerns.

False Commitments: Mohammedali H Ansari and Rahul Kumar Gupta.Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran. Mr. Suyal Rajput. have consistently provided fake commitments, making promises that were not fulfilled. This has led to a loss of trust in the company’s services. Mental Harassment:

As a blood pressure & diabetic patient, the mental harassment caused by the company’s lack of proper service and the Constant evasion of my calls has significantly increased my stress levels, adversely affecting my health.

In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter urgently. I am seeking a full refund of the amount of Rs. 55, 000, as the company has failed to deliver the promised services and has caused me considerable mental distress.

I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, email correspondence, and any other supporting evidence for your reference.

I trust that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I am hopeful that you will ensure justice is served and that such unethical practices are curtailed to protect the rights of consumers.

This is related member ship no. CLPRKPV3465, I had paid Rs 40000 for member ship, Now i am mailing for hotel book but they are not responding as well as they are not refund my amount also i informed regarding this complaint but they are not responding. they are providing hospitality facility ....

I needed refund I deposit 81000 by credit card in park priviera, they are cheaters, do not respond after taking money, i deposit on 30 June 2023. They are now refusing to refund money. I have taken membership by name of my wife Kajal Badiani w/o Vijay Badiani in the city Rajkot -360001 (Gujarat) in country in suites, Rajkot, they invite us for presentation and I taken membership there.

It's a big fraud company whose office in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Please be aware such type of fraud company.

i bought memebrship in 2023 at Marriot Hotel function organize by this cheat company. where Vaibhav sharma & Nitesh is main person who orgainze this.
i paid 80K for this now they start to deny on any booking, that they don't have room and now service is suspended due to bla bla reason.

Hotel booking ke liye call kar rahe hai to koi bhi call receive nahi kar rahe hai or koi bhi help nahi ho rahi hai or aab mujhe ye fraud jesa lag rha hai mujhe kha gya tha ki jabhi book karna ho hotel to aap. 30 days phale call kariye likin koyi bhi nahi receive karta. He or aab mujhe koi member ship nahi rakhani please mere mahnat ke pese mujhe waps kariye or aabse kisi middle class ko jhoot bol kar uske mahant ke pese nahi lijiye
