They took 75, 000 from us and now they are not responding to us

We have taken membership fees for 5 year extendable to 8 year with park priviera -Dipika patel call and inform detail with sales manager NIshith srivastava we have use 2 property 2 time only total pakage allwed is of 36 night and 8 days. bust when i tried to booked last time resort durig dec23 they have not properly respondet and now no converstion as no mobile -email working Total amount paid 1.06 lakhs.

We have taken membership from park priviera from last year now they are not responding to mail or phone for booking .
We have been cheated . They has done so many promises during taken membership time . But still not any promise fulfilling.
Only last year we had 2 days stay provided at 2 star hotel in vapi .they promised 5 star hotel but not such a facilities provided That was done after sonmany mails and calls.

But now they are not responding in any way.
Now We want to cancel this membership and want all money back ...

I had purchased membership of The Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd Vadodara in March 2023 valid till 2026. After purchasing till today they haven't not provided any holiday stay facility as per the agreement and their promise. Now it looks like they have closed their all operations and Offices as it is found that company's website and email, customer care number, local office staff all phone/mobile are not existing/not functional. Seems that promoters n owners have ran away. In my opinion all effected members should form a group to fight their rights against the scam by starting legal as well as criminal proceedings against the culprits

Website is not working, emails are getting bounced back.. names of the owners mentioned in online search for the company with CIN U55100GJ2008PTC055662 are: MOHAMMEDALI H ANSARI, RAHUL KUMAR GUPTA... PARK PRIVIERA HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED...

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the extremely unsatisfactory and distressing experience I have had with Park Priviera Holiday and its employees, Directors of Park Priviera Hospitality Private Limited are Mohammedali H Ansari and Rahul Kumar Gupta.Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran. Mr. Suyal Rajput.

I had availed of the services of Park Priviera Holiday by making a payment of Rs. 55, 000 for a holiday... already 12 EMI gone till Feb 24 month

I took the membership for 3 years. Managed to avail only 2 days of holiday till now. After that, always heard that the rooms are not available. Anyone has any idea, how to get the refund of the membership money

When i want to book family tour hotels all time no phone recieve or not booking repeated reason.

1. Since last 1 year, I have been asking to book the rooms well in advance before 60 days. But no confirmed bookings are provided.

2. Rahul Gupta (Director - [protected]) approached me in Dec-23 and assured that the 4 nights would be available in Feb-24 at Udaipur and Kumbhalgarh. Even paid AMC to Shishir (Manager, Mobile no. - [protected]). But now both have stopped picking up the calls when the booking dates are near. Clearly this has been harassment, and this is their way to cheat people. Want full refund of Rs. 1.41 lacs.

3. All the staff is shameless and cheating people has become their passion. They are doing openly and legally

I purchased it's membership November 23.I can try my holiday booking three or four times but they are not accept my booking.and answer me hotels are not available.this time I wrote a mail for booking 2 months ago date. I wrote mail 15 days ago but not answering my mail yet today.so I am not interested in your membership and refund my membership money.

I am new member of The Park Priviera my membership id CLPRKPV9557. From last week they are not responding any mails and phone calls also I have visited their office but no one was their and office is locked and notice attached on main door that they are under technical problem so please contact them on customer support mail id or phone but both services already not responding

I would like to highlight the following grievances:

Lack of Communication:

Despite repeated attempts, I have not received any calls from the company regarding my concerns. Moreover, my calls have been intentionally blocked, preventing me from reaching out for assistance.

Unprofessional Email Responses:

The responses to my emails have been inadequate and unprofessional, lacking the necessary information and resolution to address my concerns.

False Commitments: Mohammedali H Ansari and Rahul Kumar Gupta.Mr. Ravi, Mr. Nikunj, and Miss Kiran. Mr. Suyal Rajput. have consistently provided fake commitments, making promises that were not fulfilled. This has led to a loss of trust in the company’s services. Mental Harassment:

As a blood pressure & diabetic patient, the mental harassment caused by the company’s lack of proper service and the Constant evasion of my calls has significantly increased my stress levels, adversely affecting my health.

In light of the above, I kindly request the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this matter urgently. I am seeking a full refund of the amount of Rs. 55, 000, as the company has failed to deliver the promised services and has caused me considerable mental distress.

I have attached copies of relevant documents, including payment receipts, email correspondence, and any other supporting evidence for your reference.

I trust that the Consumer Court will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I am hopeful that you will ensure justice is served and that such unethical practices are curtailed to protect the rights of consumers.

This is related member ship no. CLPRKPV3465, I had paid Rs 40000 for member ship, Now i am mailing for hotel book but they are not responding as well as they are not refund my amount also i informed regarding this complaint but they are not responding. they are providing hospitality facility .
