I have taken membership of near about 80k for 5 years. They have promised many things as better services but when you are asking for services they put an argument of costing of services
Never receives a call or never replay a mail on time you will miss your flight but they will not book your hotels
They cheat people like anything and give false statements
When you ask for cancellation they will say there is no cancellation...

This company used to call person for a presentation with dinner and forced customer to be the member of Park Priviera. And when they receive the amount, they stop communicating any never pick the calls.
I want to complaint for my membership amount refund as I never received any holiday quickly till date. I have received few holidays but everytime i have to follow after them for more than 15 to 20 days for one night booking. As whenever...

I am R. B. sharma, from jaipur. I recd one call from this company on 16.08.23 to attend their presentation in Hotel Fern at 8 pm, followed by dinner. it was told that there is not compulsion to take their membership. Me and my wife went there to attend this presentation.

After watching their presentation, when we refused to take membership. their sales lady Pooja misbehaved with us and insulted and told that you do not have...

Iખુબ જ નબળી સર્વિસ છે scheme આપતી વખતે મોટી મોટી ઓફર આપેલ 4-5 star હોટલ અને રિસોર્ટ આપવાની વાત કરેલ કોઈ સારા રિસોર્ટ pan ના આપ્યા અને નથી આપતાં હોટેલ ખોટા છે મારી membership પૈસા પણ પરત કરતા...

They have taken the full amount of money, , and now they are not receiving calls and even not replying to emails, there is literally no way to reach them. don't fall in to there scam. file FIR in local police station....

Its a Fraud Co. they Invite Innocent Peoples For Free Fooding and Then Make Them Fool and Sold a Tour Subscription.They Havr Very Cheap Quality Service and Forced People to take PARK PRIVERIA Hotel Subscription. and when I'm told them I'M not iterested to attend their program they missbehave with me and abuse me...I request u to take necessary action against PARK PRIVERIA....

Fraudulent companies don't go with it.

I bought 3 years plan initially they talk humbly and after purchasing the holiday package when we request the vacation holiday booking they deny to book the hotels because of the holiday or vacation period.

As we know when a person plan for vacation obviously on his holiday.

We need to bag for the hotels booking and finally waste of money and they don't...

It's a fraudulent co. They call people for presentation and dinner which they don't provide or keep you waiting endlessly if you don't take their useless plans.. They are scammers.. Very unprofessional and they block your ph number if you call for feedback.. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR TRAP...
