I have been cheated from the The Park Priviera. They called me for presentation and I have liked it they promised for. But they have never full filled any promise. Also when I have tried booking they are not booking my hotels since 2 months. They are not picking up phones on time. and closing the request if we are unable to reply in 2 days on mail. Also on our trip to mussorie they have given wrong confirmation regarding hotel booking and when we reached the destination we found that they have not done any booking. Very disappointing service .

We had terrible customer service from Park Priviera

We have already paid for the service and when we decided to avail the service it becomes a nightmare. We made multiple requests for bookings at their listed Holiday destinations prior to 30 days, as per their policy. Still they never bother to reply and proceed with our bookings. After prolong period of chasing them they asked to modify date and sometimes they asked us to reduce the number of staying days. It feels like we have been trapped.

Under the circumstances, I demanded an immediate and full refund of the entire amount I have paid as an advance. As expected they denied and never provided the service as committed at point of sale.

Given the lack of proper communication and the constant changing of statements and start dates, I lost confidence in Park Priviera's ability to fulfill its commitments. If one wants to go through a mental torture and that too by paying a hefty amount book a tour with Park Priviera.

We are so much frustrated and found no other way to deal the situation except taking legal actions for such a poor service. As we feel like we have been trapped.

I had requested for the booking before 50 days of my travel date and they had reply that they will not give booking after 21 days of my requested dates they are fraud like their promises which they had given at the time of purchasing membership I want my money back please guide me and help me to fight against fraudulent company like this pls find attachment also

I made a booking request for a stay at Kaziranga Resort in December 2023, spanning four nights. However, after a frustrating 17 days of numerous email and phone exchanges, I was informed that the resort was fully booked during my desired dates. I was advised to consider a visit after February instead. My primary concern is the prolonged delay in delivering this disappointing news. While I understand that the dates, I initially requested may not have been available, I couldn't help but notice a significant lack of efficiency on the part of the member coordinator. I took the initiative to forward my correspondence to both the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and the General Manager (GM). Regrettably, I didn't sense a considerable degree of seriousness in handling my request from their end either. In my attempt to contact the member coordinator by phone, I encountered the perpetual issue of his line being persistently busy. Subsequently, I had to resort to reaching out to customer care executives, although it regrettably required a certain level of persistence on my part to prompt a response to my emails. It was only after nearly three weeks that I received a formal regret email. I strongly believe that it might be in the best interest of the resort to consider replacing the member coordinator team with the more efficient marketing personnel who are responsible for selling memberships. Their track record suggests a higher degree of efficiency in handling customer requests.

So now my booked tickets are there already how can I travel with family without arrangement of hotel stay!!!. only 10 days left now. Still they are saying no rooms are available. this is ###.

Asking for refund but they are very chip and ANaPAd Gavar koi ans hi nai kar rahe. So my 70000 has been wasted.

Please some body HELP me to recover my money.

They have made so much of promises to provide services in domestic and international travel

After purchase of membership I asked for services for international. They are not providing as they hve promised to provide in 4/5 star hotels because of their cost advantage

They told blockout dates include the Diwali period 9th to 18th November and the christmas holiday season,

They haven't replay properly

I think intention of company "park priviera" is not favorable towards customer.
Please sort out my problem,
Either it should be extended for one year or it should be utilized by booking resort.

This company used to call person for a presentation with dinner and forced customer to be the member of Park Priviera. And when they receive the amount, they stop communicating any never pick the calls.
I want to complaint for my membership amount refund as I never received any holiday quickly till date. I have received few holidays but everytime i have to follow after them for more than 15 to 20 days for one night booking. As whenever I had put up the request the park priviera team have declined the request by saying there is non - availability of rooms on the respective dates. Even when I had put my request for booking 90 days back they have declined. During taking membership the alloted manager will talk good but after the membership they will not even pick up the phone. Totally a fraud company... Please help to get my money back.

I am R. B. sharma, from jaipur. I recd one call from this company on 16.08.23 to attend their presentation in Hotel Fern at 8 pm, followed by dinner. it was told that there is not compulsion to take their membership. Me and my wife went there to attend this presentation.

After watching their presentation, when we refused to take membership. their sales lady Pooja misbehaved with us and insulted and told that you do not have food in your home, so you came for eating here. Also told many other humiliating things.

So, it is my suggestion never attend their presentation. they are rude and misbehave.

Please refund my membership and Amc amount because you not provide room and resort and not recived my phone and mail I phone customer call number your representatives mobile number my number is blocked you not provide me in keral tour my demand 7 night you provide only two place and only 2 night my 21 night is balance as per our comitment you not provide me room we also 21 nos night payment in advance also you charge amc me paid this charge.

Iખુબ જ નબળી સર્વિસ છે scheme આપતી વખતે મોટી મોટી ઓફર આપેલ 4-5 star હોટલ અને રિસોર્ટ આપવાની વાત કરેલ કોઈ સારા રિસોર્ટ pan ના આપ્યા અને નથી આપતાં હોટેલ ખોટા છે મારી membership પૈસા પણ પરત કરતા નથી

They have taken the full amount of money, , and now they are not receiving calls and even not replying to emails, there is literally no way to reach them. don't fall in to there scam. file FIR in local police station.

Please cancel my membership and refund the amount. On 25th may 2023 night I purchased this membership at Golden Tulip counter and the very next day I left India for a family trip. After coming back I visited the Jaipur office but no responsible person was there to communicate except tele callers. All the Team leaders were on leave.
