I already Purchase Park Priviera Hospitality Membership but any member not received call and response ....

After using 1 year membership ( very frustrating membership)... Now nobody replied the mail and call in last 4-6 month...tried continuously...now i will go for filling complaint against the company... It's totally illegal to cheat the customers under IPC 402, 420... Who are frustated with this membership, please go for filling complaint in bulk. Govt is very aware for this type of fraud. I bought my membership for 2, 00, 000 a year ago.
the lady name Kiran sold me the membership.
now I wanted to book a stay at Ahmedabad so I mailed as per the format given to me by them followed the step exactly and received the mail that Ahmedabad is not on our destination list

The agents Mr. kalpesh & Mr. Kamal both from Surat are not picking my calls and my emi interest is not getting refunded for past 1 year. Our park priviera account as well as app is also not working. None of the agents are picking the calls or replying to my messages. I think I have been thugged....

Even if you want cancelled member ship with in 15 days, it's like no refund policy and you want get single penny once you paid membership.
Service is like nothing, they want book resort and hotel as thay committeed during presentation....

Due to their deception and inability to provide service, they broke the law by selling memberships with false information and alluring incentives.

I understood and asked for a cancellation and refund within 15 days, and I was told that a membership is not refundable....

They take money at the time of joining, then you have to run behind for their booking, all the time they come with their new unnamed, un mentioned condition for not giving your deserve holidays,
its management is also made of so shameless people that they dont even be available to respond any GENUINE query,
they dont have any social media handle, nor any other channel to communicate these bloody ### people.

I have taken this membership in 80K and not availed. Because they are asking for 45 days prior intimation. Noone pick call as all contact numbers are out of service.

Please call me so we can come together and register complaint in Police Station and Consumer court....

Try to Contact Mr. Sagar Thapa, Manager, Kolkata since 30th August'2022 from The Park Priviera and Mr. Chirag Rangras, GM from The Park Priveiera since 1st September'2022 regarding reasonable hotel accommodation at Nainital. As the hotels provided by the Reservation team of The Park Priviera are budget hotels and they are not responding about my request / complain also unable to provided standard accommodations as promised during membership....

I have got a call on 2nd of March 2022 from someone addressing The Park Priviera and invited us for a couple dinner and proposing the hospitality services what they are providing. The sales person Miss Sneha & Mr Subhendhu (Sales Head) provided the demonstration of the package and shared details with us about the tie ups of 4 star hotels and accommodation at any place around the world....

Very pathetic service, they don't have any app for booking, they ask for mail and before 45 days we have to intimate for our tour plan, we can stay 3 place nearby, even we can not book two rooms for our parents also from same membership. They reply our mail within 48 hours. If you plan 6 night tour than definitely it will collapse because they bring out something new own rules and which never know. Park Priviera Hospitality Pvt Ltd is fraud company they not attend call and mis guide u they say to come for 45 minutes presentation after presentation we will give u free gift when ur go for attend presentation and after presentation u don't buy any thing they misbehave with u and not give any gift...

I have taken membership of park Priviera. Payment taken but service not provide till date. Call centre person all are foolish and irresponsible.

Till date we haven't received any membership card or Kit.

Very bad experience from the sales person specially Mr. Nishith (Manager) they don't received call.

When asked to call centre person they are totally empty to reply..
They have no idea...
