I am filing this complaint as a harassed customer who paid around 80k for their membership and addition 8k AMC for this year for which they promised luxurious hotels which would be not less than 3 stars but what we got was a 3rd class hotel which looked like a lodge in our first experience. On complaining they promises that it won't be repeated but again they were giving us an average hotel for our 2nd trip which we refused to take. On asking for refund they are saying they have zero cancellation and refund policy. What kind of service is this that if the customer is not liking and wants to cancel he would not even get minimal amount as refund?

I wouldnt like to continue with the membership and would like to have a refund of the remaining amount. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

(CIN : U55100GJ2008PTC055662) has done fraud with me by selling their membership with fale promises. In Apr-22 I was called for dinner in hotel wherein I was given orientation of their product where in they told that they have tie ups with Ramada, Marriot, Radisson like hotel brands and they will provide 7 nights 8 days package yearly. For 5 years membership they charged me around 85000/-.

In Dec-22, I started discussing for hotel booking for Goa which I was planning in Feb-22. They offered me hotels which I didn’t even heard the name. Also when I forced them they asked me to pay AMC charges of 8000/- upon which they will share the list of hotels. I paid the charges and still they didn’t provided any standard hotels.

I went to their office to surrender the membership however they are saying the same is non-refundable and can not be surrendered.

Pls take appropriate action against the company.

We took the member ship of park priviera. On the time of taking membership they were giving so many commitments but now they are not answering the phone or anything. We want our money back. They are fraud company....

I purchased a holiday membership package from this company when they came for a campaign at ITC fortune park panchawati hotel Howrah, on 19th May 2022. I paid them 1, 68, 000. But recently when I started to call them for hotel booking, none of the phone number worked and and hardly there was any way to reach out to them. Its seems like a total fraud company. Please look into this and help me getting back my money. I believe the similar thing has happened with many people, hence proper legal action should be taken against them as well.

I needed refund I deposit 73150 by credit card in park priviera, they are cheaters, do not respond after taking money, i deposit on 26 dec 2022 . They are now refusing to refund money. I have taken membership by name of my wife Anamika pareek w/o Prashant pareek in the city kota -324001 (Raj) in country inn suites, kota, they invite us for presentation and I taken membership there.

I purchased a premium membership of The Park Priviera Hospitiliy PVT.LTD 20 months ago My first experience was very good.

In the second booking they told me that due to blackout days we will not provide a booking, I had to take many follow up in the mail & finally provide me a good hotel booking in Udaipur after several hard follow ups in mail, there is no seasons bounding as per my membership but there was so many mail exchange regarding blackout days.

Recently I requested for the third time booking, they take 7 days for reply & given only one option. company having only customer care number but they are not able to solve the query, Just having standard answer 'write a mail & you will get reply in mail only", if you are requesting for connect booking department or call back request then customer care executive refused for the same & replied I can't do this, There are not any system to talk with any person from booking department, if you have any query they will reply in mail only & taken 48 hours for reply as per customer care.

At the time of selling membership they are showing 5stars /4 Stars property, resorts in brochure & claim they have tie up with Hayat, Hilton, Welcome, JW Marriot & ITC group but they give booking in 3 star property only.

Require 4 Star & 5 Star property as per commitment & also have to provide benifits as per membership letter.

Advice to management - Fist if you are able to give 3 star properly then show the 3 star properly at the time of selling membership.

2nd there must be system for customer who can talk with booking person for easy & hassle free experience, only mail is not comfortable for all age group. If management improve this then believe me company will rock between other competitors.

Hope Park Priviera management will take this feedback positively & improve booking system for hassle free experience for his members.

I had purchased membership at Park priviera around October. First of all I was told by their representatives Ikram and his deputy as appended below communication solely basis which I subscribed the membership. I wasn't told about blackout dates, festival dates, e.t.c. the accommodation options that they shared compared to the ones given are below standard not even close to 4 star. even they said their website mentions all these brands like radission, hyatt, jw marriot, ITC, e.t.c. which is also there. Its sad to see such a misleading . I am a professional and trusted their services. I would have got these reservations much below even your membership rates.

We took membership and at that time they said that 4* or 5* properties will be given.
But we got 3* property and it was located outer city area.
Also, no one is picking the call.
We asked for refund as we are not satisfying but no luck.
They never replay within 48 hours and thus eventually you would need to cancel the trip

Pathetic customer service.

The agents Mr. Vaibhav Dubey & Mr.Shahbaj bandivala both from Ahmedabad are not picking my calls and park priviera members . None of the agents are picking the calls also not pic up call Office staff any person park priviera hospitality or replying to my messages.
I have taken membership of park Priviera. Payment taken but service not provide till date. Call centre person all are foolish and irresponsible.
When asked to call centre person they are totally empty to reply..
They have no idea what to reply..
100% payment Taken but service 0%...
Can we come together with this cheat and get our money back by filing complaints.
I am planning to log a police complaint and complaint in Consumer court.

I already Purchase Park Priviera Hospitality Membership but any member not received call and response .

After using 1 year membership ( very frustrating membership)... Now nobody replied the mail and call in last 4-6 month...tried continuously...now i will go for filling complaint against the company... It's totally illegal to cheat the customers under IPC 402, 420... Who are frustated with this membership, please go for filling complaint in bulk. Govt is very aware for this type of fraud. The person related to company mr. Chirag, mr. Sagar Thapa, etc are behind this scam. I have all the legal documents, mail, chat, recordings... Which is sufficient to expose these people scam. Already before few months police arrest some peoples who did this type of scam. go for attached files.

I bought my membership for 2, 00, 000 a year ago.
the lady name Kiran sold me the membership.
now I wanted to book a stay at Ahmedabad so I mailed as per the format given to me by them followed the step exactly and received the mail that Ahmedabad is not on our destination list

My name is Ravi Makwana and I am from Bhavnagar, Gujarat. This guys came here in my city in one of the most reputed hotel Sarovar portico and invited me to come and join their presentation of holiday firms. They some how convinced me and 3 of my colleagues to take the membership. I took membership of 10 years. But since one year i have emailed them few times and asked for the booking, but by some reason or the other they are not providing the booking as committed. They are now not answering the calls and even not replying the emails. This is just a fraud company. I found many complaint like this in this forum. Many have been cheated like me. Lacs of rupees have been lost due to fraudster like them.

I am going to File and FIR against them. Those who read this can contact me and togather we can file an case againts them.

The agents Mr. kalpesh & Mr. Kamal both from Surat are not picking my calls and my emi interest is not getting refunded for past 1 year. Our park priviera account as well as app is also not working. None of the agents are picking the calls or replying to my messages. I think I have been thugged.

Even if you want cancelled member ship with in 15 days, it's like no refund policy and you want get single penny once you paid membership.
Service is like nothing, they want book resort and hotel as thay committeed during presentation.

Due to their deception and inability to provide service, they broke the law by selling memberships with false information and alluring incentives.

I understood and asked for a cancellation and refund within 15 days, and I was told that a membership is not refundable.

I, Mohini Khemka have signed up for a membership of three years with The Park Priviera. However, it has been a year now and we are unable to get a standard booking. We live in Kolkata and have been asking for a pet-friendly resort booking in Kolkata itself since the last one year.
I have attached the failed conversations that I was trying to have with a so-called Kolkata manager named as Sagar Thapa and emails sent to them. I have spoken with him on the 29th of August and since then, I have been trying to reach him with no response. Sent him messages and called him a lot of times with no response whatsoever.

They take money at the time of joining, then you have to run behind for their booking, all the time they come with their new unnamed, un mentioned condition for not giving your deserve holidays,
its management is also made of so shameless people that they dont even be available to respond any GENUINE query,
they dont have any social media handle, nor any other channel to communicate these bloody ### people.
all i request to suffered people to go to consumer court against these cheater people.

I have taken this membership in 80K and not availed. Because they are asking for 45 days prior intimation. Noone pick call as all contact numbers are out of service.

Please call me so we can come together and register complaint in Police Station and Consumer court.
