i have same case, let's unit to fight against Park Priviera -

I dont know what to say exactly on such things.
But i will try to put my view and experience.
We all know, there are so many frauds, fake things, liers roaming around us who are there to grab our money.
They trap us in their net by giving fake promises and they have a very good convincing power. Their lies are like this that we also believe and get trapped in their net.
And now, we don't know what to do to come out safely from these things.

We are living in a democratic republic country where we all know judiciary system. And as I know, indian laws, indian police are so strong. But we underestimate them. We never want to face them. They are there to protect common people. They are there to reduce/eliminate crimes from root. They want peaceful country with some ethics, laws, moral values. They also want crime free India.

But we never approach them even though we became victim of such things. We always try not to face police and all. But the truth is, they are there to help us. And we should know this thing. And if we are not wrong, why we don't want to approach them? Why government is providing 100 number helpline 24 hts for indian public?
If you are true, you have all the proofs that you have been fooled by someone ( in terms of money/ any other way too), why we dont want to stand against these things? If we don't take a step, indirectly we are encouraging criminals to do crimes.
They always think this thing. They know, no one will take any step to get their money back.

And this is the only thing we do. If we are a civilized indian citizen, it's our job to keep our India safe and free from all frauds, crimes.
Then only no one will face such challenges in their lives.

No one has any right to loot anyone.
So if you are a victim, use laws.
