I paid ₹1.35 lakhs for a 5-year membership to provide services for my family. Nearly 2 years have passed, and I've only received two single-day local hotel bookings in subpar hotels, with one stay even lacking dinner. Despite repeatedly requesting bookings over the past 12 months, they either change the dates or claim no availability, even when I book 40 days in advance.
