Sir,
This company is a fraud, sat down after getting money online.
I ordered 2 hoodies worth rs 399 from this website 'thepoket.com' on 28th november 2019 and after 12 days it is still showing order is processing.
It is also displaying "you can expect delivery in 7-14 days" in its tracking order page.
Order is not yet delivered.
There is no response from its customer helpline mail also.
I want my order or my money back.
