The Poket — online shopping item not delivered

Order id = 1596405.
Date placed =[protected]

I have ordered 2 items worth 400 rupees from the online shopping e-commerce site with the name thepoket [https://m.thepoket.com/].

I have neither received the items ordered nor any response from them on the current status of the order, all the emails i have written to them have bounced and not reached them, guessing the email address is fake.

When i placed the order it said the same will be delivered within 14 days it been a month now and the order says it is still being processed on the tracking site.

Please let me know what is the next course of action against this fraud, i see many more people are facing the same issue. It looks like another big fraud.
