I have paid quite an amount for an order, and the website doesn't exist within a couple of days. I have seen the ad on instagram....

I have ordered two products from the poket amount of rs 349 on 22nd dec 2019.
Its been more than 2 month i haven't received my order or refund.

"the poket" is a shopping site. I bought a sporty hoodies from "the poket" on 2 january 2020 and i pay for sporty hoodies 399 rupees and
Their shipping time is also over on 16 january 2020 but i did not get my sweater yet and nor the cashback and
I can't contact them because all their numbers are fake... Please help me they are totally fake......

I have ordered 3 clothes last year december till now i didn't get...
There are lot's of complaints on this website

If they are fake all why you given permission to them, if you know after more complaints why your allowing them to publish there website, still it's working and there are more complaints

This is not only my problem
If i don't get any responce from you i will take an action on you also...br...

I haven't received my order yet which was placed on[protected].
And when i try to track my order they show that the order no. Is invalid.
And all the contact details they gave are invalid as well. They don't reply to the mails i have sent them. Their contact numbers are invalid...

I ordered two hoodies from this site m. Thepoket.com on 10 december after seeing its ad on my facebook page but didn't receive yet. I paid for this by paytm and it is still showing in process. I think it is a fake company. Please suggest what to do.

I placed an order online and it been one month i did not received any product i tried calling and emailing details provided on website, when i cal to the number it say numer not exist (Invalid) and no reply for the email, after based on e the research and comments i got to know they will not deliver the product it's a fake company, please take action against this company and file a complaint and ban this company so that no one will loose...

This company is a fraud, sat down after getting money online.
I ordered 2 hoodies worth rs 399 from this website 'thepoket.com' on 28th november 2019 and after 12 days it is still showing order is processing.
It is also displaying "you can expect delivery in 7-14 days" in its tracking order page.

On 28th nov i payed 399 by paytm and my order id is 7f87029fd12a7f66e0ed. When inquired the contact number was unresponsive and the email was also ignored
Order of 2 hoodies were made
They had offer of but one get one free
After payment was made no confirmation email was also not provided
When track order option was used it showed invalid email id even though it was a legit email...

I have ordered 4 apparel items from thepoket.com website which I got to know from Instragram ad. It costed 698 rupees and the only payment option was through Paytm. I placed my order on 23rd September 2019 and till now if I track my order it's showing that it's under processing. Customer care no. provided in website is fake/invalid.
