Money debited but order not delivered

I booked some product from The Poket online Shopping Website vide order no.850181 dated 12.12.2019 and payment made by Paytm Rs.399.

But i didn't received the product till now.

so please help me to get refund the amount.

I have already prepaid the told amount bt did not receive my product yet.

I was ordered full sleeve tees on dated 18/12/2019, but my order not delivered to me.Order I'd 998794.

They are in facebook merchants in clothing and shoes category. They accept online payment and do not deliver the item. Its been almost 17days since i ordered a hoodie, but it didn't turned up to me. I haven't received the order yet.

They don't reply to the mails i have sent them. Contact nos nahi milte bc worst and cheap company. Do not buy anything its worst company...cheap log...chor company Bc

We agreed at the point that I placed the order that it would arrive 7-14 days.

Under the Consumer Rights Act you are required to deliver the classy hoodies for men LR23 to me at the agreed time. As I have still not received classy hoodies for men LR23 and it is past the agreed time, I believe you’re in breach of contract.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act I am giving you a final opportunity to deliver the goods.

If you do not deliver the classy hoodies for men LR23 by[protected] I will be entitled to consider our contract at an end and will expect you to refund me the full purchase price of [399].
