I have ordered 4 apparel items from thepoket.com website which I got to know from Instragram ad. It costed 698 rupees and the only payment option was through Paytm. I placed my order on 23rd September 2019 and till now if I track my order it's showing that it's under processing. Customer care no. provided in website is fake/invalid. I've even mailed to [protected]@thepoket.com but I didn't got any reply. I want my money back from this fraud website. PFA of proofs. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.
