The Professional Courier — Courier not delivered after 18 days - Important documents | |||
I booked one consignment on 2nd Nov from Satna -485001 (MP) to Hyderabad (500032) with POD NO JLR50138566 but till date document not yet delivered. Those are my life saving documents. I have tried every contact number, every mail id to communicate with them but no one cares to respond.The local vendor (Track on courier pvt ltd) is even talking in very abusive manner. i am left with no other option to take legal action against this courier. All the contact numbers they have provided on their website are either switched off or not in service and the ones which are operating, no one responds. Sicne 12th Nov, the status is showing despatched to hyderabad and in madhapur branch.
