Dear Sir,

We have sent a courier from Dombivali to Bangalore on 08th AUG 2017 and today it's 15th AUG 2017 and still the courier has not been received at the delivery spot. On asking to the local professional courier branch of Dombivali, they have informed us that the courier boy have reached our address three times and returned back leaving a note out of the house to pick up the material from the bangalore local branch. However, in the last seven days, no professional courier boy has come to delivery spot, as confirmed by watchmen of the locality and also considering the fact that some one was always there in the house and was never locked. Thus the courier boy lied to their office stating he came three times to bangalore house and returned back. We had also given the contact number of source and destination to which he could have contacted, but courier boy didn't bother to contact any one o[censored]s. Even the letter note that courier boy has said to be left by him was not received by us.

This is a clear hypocrisy and lie, which has resulted in delay of more than 2-3 days which is not at all acceptable.

You can go through the below details of the receipt for tracking purpose . Even we tried tracking the courier through tracking number given to us, however we are unable to track through this number .

The package was booked from Thanjavur on 7th Aug 2017, I called Bangalore professional courier for status, they told it will get delivered by 14th Aug, and they did just by updating their website, package delivered, however it was not delivered to me. - Tracking Number - TNJ1371306

It had been 10days my friend has sent me a parcel from delhi but from past 5days it is showing like despatched to bangalore, but still i havent recved and not even got any update about the parcel, its an emergencely required but due to this poor service of professional courier i am feeling so bad, i hope atleast now they resolve my issue

    Hi this is lalita i have booked a saree for my customer who live in geetham university vizag. It was dispatched on 19thjuly nd in tracking it mentioned that 22nd it was delivered but door was closed. Its a university how door wil b closed #######. From 1st onwards i m go on following up the people in the office they are playing games with us. Today it today it wil deliver daily i the same thing happening. Today i am called her 55times sometomes the call is waitiing and when it rings she is diaconecting the call. [protected] this is her number i dont knw her name. How rudely she was answering the call. Doing a proffesional job being in a service sector; is this the way they behave with the people who came for a query.
    I want action in this

      I sent the 7/8/17 from chennai. Till now it has not got delivered in hyderabad.
      Its very important parcel and has to be reached soon. I want my parcel to be delivered atleast by today. Just because it will reach soon, I sent it through Professional Courier, but still I am facing this issue. Its more than a week which means 6 business days. Please try to send it by today.

        Dear sir/madam,
        My courier number: bcm753652. On july31st the cover was submitted in professional courier services at bhadrachalam branch (Ts) for to dispatch at rajahmundry... But till date the cover is not received... I am following everyday but the rajahmundry (Andhrapradesh) branch people are not responding properly and they are not even lifting our phone too... Its almost 10days and dispatch is not happen... That cover is very important for as company documents are in the parcel and i have to submit those documents asap in our office... Please do respond and resolve my issue...

          Hi,

          I want to register my complaint against delay in my courier.

          Last month July 27th my courier has been dispatched from Titan Surplus Nager coil, Tamilnadu through Nagercoil professional courier services to whitefield Bangalore.The same has been delivered to Whitefield office on 28th July.

          But I have not received my courier till now.I have been calling nagercoil main professional courier branch and Whitefield branch for past one week to enquire about courier status. I am fed up about your services.Your delivery service is totally unprofessional and don't know how to treat the customers.Everytime they are saying we will deliver today..It's been more than 10days since the courier dispatched. Can someone Atleast check the status and reply to the mail at least.Today I went to Whitefield branch and waited there for more than one hour.. Customer care manager said there is a server problem and can't track the status of the courier... Delivery boy has delivered the courier to my friend on 29th July.with out my knowledge how can they deliver the courier ? I asked the delivery boy details and they said he left his job. I asked for the delivery receipt. They couldn't find that also...Now they asked me to wait for 2 more days to find the receipt.Am totally frustrated about their customer service.whitefield branch has no proper communication medium..The phone is dead.. Computer with no internet connection.. Unfriendly receptionist..My courier has 3000 worth thing. can u someone help on this

            I was send cylindrical glass 40pcs in 3 seprate packs with paid transportation charges 1400rs. delivered late and when vender get the parcel so it was fully broken.
            very big loss of money and time.

              My sister has sent a sugar and bp tablet for my mom through professional courier. Consignment number - vpm 2645020. She stuck the parcel with glue and sent. When i received it was stapled. And 40 tablets was missing.

              First of all i have received the parcel so late. (After 12 days from the date of dispatch)

              I am really wondering that you have unprofessional staff who even steals the tablet.

                I had a worst courier service experience with pune, kothrud branch. There is no saficeint staff available in office. That's why i received my parcel after 15 days. When only i personally go to there office. They received my parcel on august 2nd & didn't send me because lack of delivery boys they also didn't even call me for this. Available staff is so arrogant. Iam totally disappointed with this courtier service. I suffered from so much mental tourcher & weast my so much important time in this case.

                  The consignment no.17146698 dated 03.08.2017 booked from palakkad is received on 05.08.17 evening 0610pm delivered by mr. Eswaran of Arumbakkam professional courier branch. On receipt, we expressed our doubt that the consignment is in a damaged condition. After verifying with the branch office, we were asked to open the box in front of the delivery staff. On opening the box, the aquarium sent was found in a completely broken condition.

                  We have paid Rs.700/- as courier charges for this consignment and declared Rs. 3000/- as the cost of the consignment (Aquarium). reuqested for compensation on the cost of the product and the courier charges paid to deliver this product safely. It is to be highlighted that the same item was transported very safely from Dubai to Palakkad without any damage, and the courier company in India which claims to be reliable and reputed couldn't deliver the same item in proper condition.

                    Above mentioned courier not delivered to me. Visited 3-4 times in Local Nashik office but Local office guy not co-operated, Talked in rude language, very unprofessional behavior faced in Nashik office. And the guy said in we have not one courier in our office, we have a lot of bunches, We can't deliver personally to every customer. "You checked online and talk to Noida Office, we can't help, do what ever want to do". This is a behavior about that guy.

                    Request to you please check the courier status and please let me know the status.

                        I requested Axis bank to issue the cheque book on 1st August. They have sent me the sms message on 3rd August from Axis bank stating that they have dispatched the cheque book on 2 nd August at 12.00 pm. Till today i didn't receive the cheque book.
                        This is the second time i am facing from ur courier.
                        Please take action very quickly about it and I am givng in writing about it to the concerned branch of the bank ( Axis Bank, Kadakpada Branch ).

                          I've sent insurance claim form from chennai to pune on jul 31. But its not delivered and showing the status as "despatched to pune - thergaon". My claim forms needs to be submitted within 15 days to insurance company. But you itself has taken almost 8 days now. If its not submitted on time, my claim requests will get rejected. I've called and informed authorities from the professional courier, and raised complain also. But no action has been taken place. If you are not able to deliver return to me asap. I'll find some other ways. Dont be irresponsible.

                              The passport couriered from kanchipuram, tamilnadu to pune, maharashtra is not yet delivered. The parcel was couriered on 29th july 2017 and till today (5th august 2017) its not delivered. The status of courier in online shows as 'despatched to hwg' but useless staff at hinjewadi branch have no clue and they are too arrogant in responding to customer queries. Its almost 8 days and still the parcel is not delivered and they comment they do delivery only weekly once. This delay in getting my passport already made me to lose my onsite opportunity. Guess its high time for professional couriers to kick out these kind of employees, else they should shut down their service altogether. Very pathetic service and will never ever go or suggest anyone to professional courier.

                                I have courier from madurai to bangalore no ixm43045149,
                                But i am not able to track the package online.. I have made call to mdu more than 20 times and bangalore no proper response about the package.. Only they are doing is divert call with some branch number.. I even don't know whether parcel is there are not.. I have also spended more than 75 for making calls. Date of courier 31.7.17..

                                  My courier no is 3334497, today morning i got a call from bellandur professional courier bangalore. They asked me to come and collect the courier from there office. I only asked them to deliver it to the delivery location. They are telling me they cant come and delivery boy do not have a mobile phone and professional couriers is not providing them phone balance. Started scolding and talking in a very rude way. I am trying to call customer care i tried on all three numbers for 30 min phones are ringing but none are bothered to answer the call. Very poor service and least bothered about customer satisfaction.

                                    I have ordered a woodland shoe 4 days back on 29.07.17. I had paid the amount and claims that the shipment charge was also done. But 02.08.2017, today i got a call from the professional courier (Peyad, trivandrum, kerala[protected] that i have to go and collect the product. It was really hard to me to collect, since iam out of station and also the same product ordered by one of friend which was delivered on the right time as door delivery by another franchisee (Pappanamcode, trivandrum, kerala). I compalint it to the courier companies mail id also, but no response received from their side. Please do necesary action against these franchisee.

                                      Would like to bring this to you notice that, i had requested for a parcel to be sent from bangalore - 560035 (In karnataka) to berhampur-760001 (In odisha). Since rakhsha bandhan is ahead, i has to send rakhees to my native place. So i did submit the parcel on 19th jul 2017, so that any possible delays could be avoided. Unfortunately, till today the parcel has traveled almost half of the indian territory, but has failed to reach it's destination. I must mention that the parcel was sent to bhubaneswar (Capital city of odisha), but was then forwarded to further north to west bengal. I am sure that, this will never reach it's destination on time, even though rakhsha bandhan is just a couple of days away from now.
                                      Even today it is still in transit.

                                        Delivery of couriers from vandaloor branch is not proper. When checked in site using track number, it shows that it reached vandaloor office. But the delivery of the parcel was not properly done. It was with them for 2 days.

                                        I have faced this issue twice with this same courier office. They are not calling the given mobile number as well. We need to check and follow-up with them. Bad experience with this courier office.
