I have given two parcel to proffesional couriers, but very much dissappointed 1st courier was to banglore and second to nasik but they provided me with the worst service, should never trust on such courier companys where costumer has to run after the delivery services and they do not respond you properly and don't care about costumers.

I had a very bad experience today on one of the parcel which is addressed to me which I never expected from professional couriers.

My parcel arrived to Infosys office at Mysore. I got sms asking me to collect the parcel with in 6.00PM. I went to collect the parcel almost at the same time and to my surprise professional courier distributor already left the office.

Professional courier team did not delivery the service as per the expectation set. As per the pro premium delivery, it should be delivered with in one business day and tracking status still shows in transit which is not acceptable

I crosschecked with delivery team that document would be delivered in one business day. Now i have no scope even to track this device. What kind of a support is this. Very Un professional service....

My dad sent me a courier from chennai to bangalore on 20th april 2017 and it reached bangalore-kempapura by 11:23, 21st april 2017. But courier was not delivered. Till date it was not delivered.in pondy for the last two days despite our complaint the letter was not traced out. For trichy just 200 k. After repeated attempts to contact and inquire about the status of my product there is no answer. The courier was placed on 13th of april 2017, it's been 6 days and courier has not reached the destination. Such an irresponsible service ever seen without any proper sla. If you do not take action or return my product, i will make sure to drag you to consumer court very soon. You must be aware of hefty compensation that you would end up paying...

I have booked for logistic of one small parcel from Bangalore to Kolar. The courier service provider has charged me 60 rs, whereas another service provider has charged only 40.
This person is charging more than others.
Kindly resolve the issue faced by me
