Consignment no. CCU[protected] was sent by my father from kolkata on 11th may 2016 on 19th may 2016 status showing delivered but i id not receive the product nor did i receive any call from courier service when i enquired in their customer service number they refuse to assist and say that the product has been delivered and nothing can be done now. Professional couriers are fraud in the name of courier service.

    My consignment no ixu24542.. Containing food item dispatched from aurangabad to delhi on 9th may and was supposed to deliver in four days which was received today after 10 days.       Status shown on 15-may-2017 at 10:21 am is out for delivery they not delivered. On 16-may-2017 at 10:30 am i called these numbers [protected] and [protected] they told they deliver today, and again called that numbers at 2:30 pm she told that delivery boy taken for delivery, at evening parcel is not yet received, at 6:00 pm i called office then they started searching for parcel and said parcel is in the office what they are with the parcel for 2 days, i asked that lady give the phone to the manager to complaint about staff, ha did not respond for phone such a worst manager, i have already heard about the professional courier worst in service it has proven with me, the professionallty is in name only but not in the service

        My airway bill no sxr[protected] from srinagar to shajapur (Mp) didn't get till now, and no one given me a single call about late coming or what happeing. When i tracked my order it's been reached to indore, but didn't show me detail after indore where it reached.
        We trust professional courier rather than other services, but i disappointed very much this time.

          I have ordered a product in ebay and it reached the courier office when i tracked and also i got a call from professional courier kollam office at andamukkam.. The courier is not delivered till now.. When they called they are giving their details and telling to collect from the office.. When i enquired the reason they are tellng the delivery person is not present.. The same reason is told by them in an earlier order also.. The office personal is also arrogant and they cut the phone immediately after tellng their matters.. Such a bad service.. The word professional is misused..

          The letter addressed to Uday Kumar, The Lawrence school, lovedale, was booked at 16.25 on 10/05/2017. Con: MAA[protected]. It has only left Chennai yesterday 12/05. There were important documents and cheques which have not reached on time. I need an explanation.

            Hello Courier Service Team,

            I am writing to inform you that I am very disappointed with your service regarding the delivery of my package with ref number - HHR1314202. The line of business you deal with is service based, being in service oriented business it is not acceptable to have the poorest kind of service, the way you are providing.
            Here are my points, and I will make sure this reaches the maximum possible level if it's not taken care of in next 24 hours:
            - poor tracking system - the status of my packing, after being communicated is urgent has been in same status - in transit.
            - The time required for delivering the package from the package pick up point to drop point is 5 hours, considering the buffer time, the package should be delivered within 30 hours. However, the package remains undelivered after 4 days.
            - The package contains important documents, and due to your negligence and poor service I am missing out on reimbursement of the money that was dependent on this. I am stating this to tell you I will submit this complaint to consumer court and request for compensation from your company if the concerned company does not agree to refund the amount due to late submission.
            - it is your responsibility to communicate status and follow up. However, I had to do continuous follow ups and make many calls from my side, many of which were not even picked by your customer care executives.

            - After raising complaint, I was re requested for address twice, and when I requested to follow up and provide status on the date and time the package will reach, I was carelessly told it should reach by next day and when asked for the exact time and re-tracing of the exact place of package no communication was provided and your executive was least bothered to answer and just hung up on that question.

            You are very irresponsible in handing the service as well as the complaints. If you cannot provide a service or take responsibility atleast deny the fact before taking up the request as it would save lot of time and money for both you and me.

              I ordered Axis Bank cheque book twice and it is dispatched back to The bank from professional couriers Guntur branch. They did not called at all that package with them. 3rd time, I again placed cheque book request from bank and tracked myself and when called courier services, their response was very poor. I had to Call them 3 days to get my package. They simply told that boy is not there, so come and pickup your package. I do not know why they keep name as PROFESSIONAL, when their services are really worst. All important documents should not be send through these type of courier services.

              Moreover they are saying that they will call only when it is written on the package to Call the member, then only they will call. Otherwise they will simply return the package, regardless of how important that package is. Also saying there is no service to Pedakakani location. Then why the hell they are accepting the packages. If they receive package, it should be minimum sense that they have to Call and intimate, right?

                    An important agreement document was sent from Chennai to Gurgaon. On 3rd May 2017 it was sent from Chennai (Camp Road) Professional courier office and it has reached Gurgaon DLF branch on 4th May until here it's well and good. I tracked this through this link (http://www.trackcourier.in/professional-tracking.php?cno=MAA[protected]. However, I am posting this complaint on 6:00 PM 10th May until now I haven't received my package. I started calling Professional Courier Customer Care numbers[protected] to 207) on 8th May a customer care executive picked the phone asked for the address and consignment details then she gave another number and hung up the phone abruptly then I dialed[protected] voice on the other side promised me it'll reach me on 8th, but from then on I am behind these guys but in vain.

                    Strange thing about this courier agency, They have taken order but they are not delivering to the destination saying the helmets can not delivered to destination and it can be collected near station.

                      This is regarding my courier with reference number VPM4053690, this courier was received at professional courier Kingsway Camp New Delhi on 4th may 2017 at 5pm. So I went to the courier office to directly pick it but the branch manager named Amit Verma literally harassed me telling that the courier is somewhere in the office but he can't search and give, as he was very busy, and made me run to that office for 3 day continuously and at the end he is telling that the courier is lost, I know for 100% sure that the courier is not lost as when I threatened him that I'll will escalate the complaint he said he would find the courier box and will give, hence I know for sure that these thieves at Kingsway Camp have stole my courier and they are not giving, it is of deep disappointment with professional couriers having such kind of thieves at an office and I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against the branch manager and his aides at professional courier Kingsway Camp New Delhi and retrieve my courier back.

This was sent on what they claimed as priority service with deliver time of 48 hrs to hyderabad. It is the 10th of may today and i am yet to receive it. The concerned people are being rude when i ask them and they keep giving ridiculous excuses.

                          the item video consignment numver DEL[protected] vast received at uppal Hyderabad on 07 May 2017. When approached the hub for non delivery even on 09 May 17, the rep recklessly informed that they deliver only once in a week. Is this the service you provide- from Delhi to Hyderabad a day and local after a week? Then why should have we opted for courier instead of postal services ?

                            Vide above referred Courier docket number, your delivery executive did not bother to deliver the Courier to me or my family members, simply thrown the cover at the ground floor portico of my house, although in the address '1st Floor' is clearly mentioned. This Courier cover also had the note 'Private and Confidential'. I seriously object and call for action in this regard immediately.                                   I couriered books, dress, chair and table of my sister from chennai to bangalore. There were two boxes and a table, chair and hostel bed. All were in good condition when i delivered it to booking office. I couriered it on 30/4/17. And it was billed on 2 may 17. The consignment numbers are maa[protected], maa[protected], maa[protected], maa[protected]. Maa[protected].
                                  It was promised to get delivered on 3rd may but it was delivered today (5th may). The delivery guy told he was keep calling me for past two days and i dint pick up. Which is a complete lie. He never even tried to call me.
                                  Well late delivery is not a big issue but the boxes whatever i gave was completely damaged.
                                  One box was opened and all the products were shifted some white sack. We took enormous effort and care to pack each and every item. Particularly this box contained a lot of precious books which my sister collected for the past two years. She is preparing for civil service exam and all those books are now in very bad condition.
                                  While the other box was damaged completely and not in a condition to touch even. I dont know what are the things fell down thorugh the holes.
                                  I took more care while packing the table and chair. I packed it in such a way that no corners are damaged during the transist. I even paid more unnecessarily the extra kgs of cardboard boxes which covered the table and chairs. When finally it delivered all the tapes were removed deliberately and of course one side of the table is left open and it was damaged. I actually tied table and chair with rope. There is no such thing during the delivery.

                                  I paid 2500 rs for this worst transist.
                                  Now i dont know what is lost and what is on what condition.

                                  Months back i shifted cot, bed, dining table and vessels through another courier company, which costed me just 2300 which was lesser than this and more products. That was delivered very neat and clean

                                  Now i dont know who should bear the loss. It all very precious things it all damaged very very badly even after paying huge amount.

                                    Courier sent from axis bank koramangala branch through professional courier was received in begur branch and held for 15 days without informing customer.

                                    When customer enquired about the same with begur branch, the person incharge of begur branch used abusive language to customer and did not deliver the package till 4th may 2017

                                    Both these person are not fit for holding a franchisee of professional courier and should be immediately sacked from the office.

                                    Such practice will spoil the name of professional courier and will jeopardize the name in the market!!!

                                        My consignment number is srt57117663 had reached on 29/04/17 at bangalore hub (Yelahanka new town) from gujarat and till today (03/05/17) i have not received the same.

                                        Also after making several follow ups and calls to malleshwaram branch, mission road and gm - mr jagadish ([protected]) is of no use.

                                        This has been repeated every month and even though conveying to them that it contains medicine they do not bother and just say it will be delivered with no confirm date and time.

                                        From gujarat to bangalore it reached in 2 days but within bangalore it takes more then 5 days everytime
