At bharanikavu kollam denying to delivery my courier at ghss poruvazhi. They tells the addressee to come and collect from your centere. The attitude was very adament. The addressee is a teacher working with that school only. How she come and collect. Is this is the right way of courier service. Its very bad.. Pod no. Klm[protected]

    I sent rakhi on 5th august from govandi office to mathura. The address had the proper pin code.
    When i enquired on 13th, came to know that it was misrouted to moradabad.. (How..???). Moradabad center sent it to delhi for further forwarding. And after that it was not traceable from that day onwards till 18th (Rakhi). No one had a clue and they were just giving useless answers that madam you call customer service or call that office where you booked. The booking office saif, call customer service.
    Now, they have returned it back to mumbai (Why..? Who told them to return?)
    I have not yet received it.

    Now, rakhi is over and i have recovered from he incident, i can write about it.

    I am highly disappointed about the issue and the way it was handled. Learning for me that never use professional courier or expect the unprofessional way of dealing things.

    Major points:
    1. Even if it was misrouted, there was enough time to put it on proper path but there was a laid back approach by all the centres.
    2. Customer service does not answer calls
    3. The staff is not trained, they ask what is your issue, will ask for docket number and then will say 'ek minute' and transfer the call to another person. She will again ask the same questions and say 'ek minute' and then again transfer the call.
    4. No reply from head office, i was told within half an hour a reply would be given
    5. No co-ordination, each centre blames the other one.
    6. No proper information about their policies.
    7. Some one from head office asked me, ' where is mathura?' can't believe the people in courier company can be so ignorant.
    8. Booking office does not know that they can look up for a pin code on internet.. And help the customer if the pin code is not mentioned.
    9. One centre told me there is no electricity, nothing can be done for that day.. At 2:00 pm
    10. Customer services promise to call after 1 hour and they leave for home half day tp prepare for celebrations...

    I can go on and on about this issue.

    At this point of time, i want my courier to be returned and i need an explanation for non delivery.

      Hi all

      Myself sent a parcel via professional couriers on august 12, 2016 at around 1pm from chennai to trivandrum.

      Professional courier tracking number maa[protected].

      The weight of the parcel is 4.7 kgs at a good courier cost.

      The parcel was supposed to be in trivandrum by 18th august morning, or worst case 19th august morning.

      It has been 10 days since the supposed delivery day, yet the consignee have not received the parcel.

      Their tracking info showed parcel is on transit, but from there on to trivandrum.

      Still the parcel has not been delivered to trivandrum and we dont know where the parcel is and how to proceed further.

      They have carelessly handled the parcel and come to know parcel has been damaged from someone...

      Uneducated girls picking calls in the chennai and trivandrum offices who doesnt know how to talk with customers...

      They never track my courier in fact i only need to call on different no's and i am not getting any answers.

      For the regular customer they never have courtesy to call back again...

      Worst worst worst stupid service from professional couriers and we have never seen this type of service in my life.

      Reall *ing shame on this...

      Pls pls pls change the name of professional couriers first.. its not professional and its lethogical courier services.

        The courier item was send to Trissur Kerala from Bangalore on 18th up on promise that it will definitely reach to the addressed person on 20th Saturday. I availed Pro Premium fto make sure that it reaches in time. The package was to some one in Qatar, and was addressed to a friend in Trichur who was travelling to Qatar on 22nd Monday. The Item only reached the main depot in Trichur on 22nd morning, by then my friend had boarded his flight. The loss worth delivering the parcel to Qatar by the Company it self. Whom shall contact for this, please guide me.

          I've booked a consignment on 11 august 2016 from mehsana (north gujarat) with 1.2 kgs to patna (patna city).
          On 13 august 2016 courier received at patna city.
          I can understand two days were on holiday i. e. 14 august (sunday) & 15 august (public holiday).
          After that still patna office does not deliver consignment even on 20 august 2016.

          I've called on contact no like customer care, area manager & regional manager (patna region) giving at website but no one is receiving the phone even corporate office at mumbai also.

          I've booked a consignment on 22 august 2016 from TUNI to MUMBAI (Andheri east).
          On 24 august 2016 courier received at Mumbai vile-parle office in Mumbai city.

          After that still VPL SEP office does not deliver consignment even on 27 august 2016.

          I've called on contact no like customer care, area manager & regional manager (Mumbai region) giving at website but no one is receiving the phone even corporate office at mumbai

            My family sent me a parcel for eve of rakshabandhan via professional couriers, naraina industrial area, delhi on 16th august at around 1pm. Being it air way delivery with express charges, the parcel was supposed to be in pune by 17th august evening, or worst case 18th morning. Parcel has rakhi, sweets, dry fruits and other perishable item (The reason for opting airways medium for delivery).

            It has been two days since the supposed delivery day, yet i have not received the parcel. Their tracking info showed parcel in mumbai on 17th, but from there on to pune they have carelessly handled the consignment process.in reply to mail they have just given me info that it is in hinjewadi, pune which is of no use as the festival is already gone and sweets would have spoiled considering the state of parcel.

            Its very bad courier service, its not showing any tracking details on websites and its has more than 6 days for courier but till now its not deliver to the address .

              I had sent a courier on 8th aug and bu 9th aug it reached near the destination. It reached thr and is just not getting delivered. The customer care says call this number and ask them to send.. We cant do anything.. I still called them up and then the person on the other side says.. M outside will get back to u.. But this never happened. Being a customer, am i supposed to enquire everyday about my courier. These people are so not professional. I will make sure never to uae this service again.

              Delayed delivery more than 6 days. More than 3 times received the goods very delay. I couldn't make other work related to the goods.. Please kindly notify the sender immediately and take solutions.

                I m using dis courier service for running my small online bussiness from home.. Due to der name i opt for professional courier bt dis is the worst courier service i hav ever experienced.. Uneducated girls picking calls in the offices who dnt knw hw to talk with customers... Dey never track my courier in fact i only need to call on no. Dey keep on giving.. Der mobile no. Alwx busy as m der regular customer never hav courtesy to call back again... Sometimes courier lost sometimes der reply madam humko bhi nhi pata kidhar gaya courier... Plz u should stop giving dis service unless u dnt hav the capacity to run bussiness.. As i hav suffered so much of loss bcz o[censored]r courier service..

                    Our nadar community leader and ex. Mla send some highly confidential and important parcel from chennai courier to thiruvarur courier... Courier reached 6.08.2016 (Sat) at thiruvarur office.. Sunday we have some important function the courier didn't delivered... It transferred to another area name (Lakshmangudi).. But our area under the control of thiruvarur, we give full address with mobile number but they are not intimate me.. Few days later 10.08.2016 the parcel again reached thiruvarur after they call and collect.. Our function is missed because of your late delivery... Please take any immediate action..

                      The parcel was arived on 5th august and i have spoke to the local office of professional courier on 8 and 9 ([protected]) and they informed me that they will not take the responsibility of delivering the goods at my customers door step.
                      Whoever wants the good, they have to go to their office and collect the parcel during office hours. I am not in position to visit them during the office hours due to my engagement

                                  • contacted their office at hyderabad on 29/06/16, mtz. maheswari informed that it has not reached. asked to send mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com
                                  • sent mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 29.06.16. he asked my contact details and i have sent the same to him.
                                  • sent reminders to [protected]@yahoo.in and to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 30.06.16.

                                  • Contacted their office at Hyderabad on 25/06.16, 27/06/16 and on 28/06/16. They read the tracking result only.
                                  • Sent mail to [protected]@gmai.com on28.06.2016. Then sent mail to tpchyd.[protected]@gmail.com on the same day.
                                  • Contacted their office at Hyderabad on 29/06/16, Mtz. Maheswari informed that it has not reached. Asked to send mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com
                                  • Sent mail to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 29.06.16. He asked my contact details and I have sent the same to him.
                                  • Sent Reminders to [protected]@yahoo.in and to hyd.[protected]@gmail.com on 30.06.16.

                                    Hi,

                                    I am shahasan noushad from whitefield. I am expecting a parcel from mysore to bangalore with the tracking details - mys18716265. It was delivered in mahadevpura warehouse but till date they have not delivered it to me. The response has been terrible. I am afraid they have lost the parcel which is worth rs5000 which has rain jackets, beard trimmer etc.

                                    They are not responding to any of my calls.

                                      Muzaffarnagar area delivery branch is so slow. Whenever a courier reaches the branch its not delivered until 10-15 days... If we try to contact the dealer he always makes an excuse that he is short of delivery boys. He even tries to bargain the distance and offers to receive courier on the nearest possible spot to his office instead of delivering it at the actual shipping address... Omg the service is terrible

                                        Parcel to be collected from their store
                                        I had a really worst experience with the professional courier this time. I earlier used to send rakhis using this courier which used to reach as promised. But this time, I sent a parcel to Bangalore. I didn't take regular follow ups as i was confident that it will reach. But they broke my confidence. After 6 days I checked the status and found that the parcel was attempted for delivery and the door was locked. They didn't even bother to call up the receiver and didn't even bother to leave some note behind. So I called up the courier office on Thursday night and then the guy replied that the courier is with them and asked us to come and collect it otherwise they will send it back. As the receiver was an employee and couldn't manage to go by 6 PM, I asked them to wait for a day and that he will collect the parcel on Saturday. He agreed to it. We went on Saturday to him to find that he sent the parcel back and was being rude that it was all our fault.

                                        After bargaining for a long time, he said he will try to get it back. So I waited for a day taking continuous follow ups. But in the tracking status I found that the parcel is heading to pune which was the origin. And I contacted the same guy, he said that he couldn't do much about it as the parcel is going back. So I contacted the customer care and then some how after a repeated follow up, I managed to send it back to the recipients nearest office. And its the same guy and now he refuses to deliver it asking us again to come and pick it up. As the receiver is an employee and his timings doesn't match with courier office timings, after requesting him a lot, he said he will deliver at the gate. I informed the watchman regarding the delivery. On the day of delivery, he calls me back and tells that the watchman is not ready to collect the parcel and he says he will send the parcel back to Pune. He added that they, the professional couriers usually don't call the customers while delivering and after a lot of argument, he delivered it at the gate and left cursing me. I think customer satisfaction is their least priority. And I suggest you guys to work on the same and avoid repeating such incidents further. PLease arrange for a call to customers or leave a note at the door which other courier services are offering.
