The parcel was arived on 5th august and i have spoke to the local office of professional courier on 8 and 9 ([protected]) and they informed me that they will not take the responsibility of delivering the goods at my customers door step.
Whoever wants the good, they have to go to their office and collect the parcel during office hours. I am not in position to visit them during the office hours due to my engagement

    I am writing this mail regarding bad customer service. I purchased a new bike last month on 26th june. Showroom guys told that your bike insurance will be dispatch from professional couries. However i called this courier centre many time, they told its been dispatch our member will come & provide you. Later again i called they told some idiotic reason. Tracking no for my request blr[protected]. I called person called shivakumar from your agents.

      I wanted to send my consignment to kalimpong, but it is showing it reached in siliguri because of some reason my consignment is in same place after 3 days that is siliguri.

      Sir it will take just 4 hrs to go to the kalimpong but my consignment is in the same place after 3 days. I don't know you are sending my consignment in which mode of transportation.

            Packet pick up on 26 July 2016 from Ahmedabad and arrived at Gurgaon on 29th of July 2016 but same packet is helding in Gur4gaon office with the reason saying there is no delivery boy is available in gurgaon branch. It was informed by Mr. Gopal (cell no.[protected]). The documents are urgently required by our client at Gurgaon - ADM AGRO INDUSTRIES.

            Please look into the matter and arrange for immediate delivery of the document.

                Hi,

                I am shahasan noushad from whitefield. I am expecting a parcel from mysore to bangalore with the tracking details - mys18716265. It was delivered in mahadevpura warehouse but till date they have not delivered it to me. The response has been terrible. I am afraid they have lost the parcel which is worth rs5000 which has rain jackets, beard trimmer etc.

                They are not responding to any of my calls.

                  Muzaffarnagar area delivery branch is so slow. Whenever a courier reaches the branch its not delivered until 10-15 days... If we try to contact the dealer he always makes an excuse that he is short of delivery boys. He even tries to bargain the distance and offers to receive courier on the nearest possible spot to his office instead of delivering it at the actual shipping address... Omg the service is terrible

                    Parcel to be collected from their store
                    I had a really worst experience with the professional courier this time. I earlier used to send rakhis using this courier which used to reach as promised. But this time, I sent a parcel to Bangalore. I didn't take regular follow ups as i was confident that it will reach. But they broke my confidence. After 6 days I checked the status and found that the parcel was attempted for delivery and the door was locked. They didn't even bother to call up the receiver and didn't even bother to leave some note behind. So I called up the courier office on Thursday night and then the guy replied that the courier is with them and asked us to come and collect it otherwise they will send it back. As the receiver was an employee and couldn't manage to go by 6 PM, I asked them to wait for a day and that he will collect the parcel on Saturday. He agreed to it. We went on Saturday to him to find that he sent the parcel back and was being rude that it was all our fault.

                    After bargaining for a long time, he said he will try to get it back. So I waited for a day taking continuous follow ups. But in the tracking status I found that the parcel is heading to pune which was the origin. And I contacted the same guy, he said that he couldn't do much about it as the parcel is going back. So I contacted the customer care and then some how after a repeated follow up, I managed to send it back to the recipients nearest office. And its the same guy and now he refuses to deliver it asking us again to come and pick it up. As the receiver is an employee and his timings doesn't match with courier office timings, after requesting him a lot, he said he will deliver at the gate. I informed the watchman regarding the delivery. On the day of delivery, he calls me back and tells that the watchman is not ready to collect the parcel and he says he will send the parcel back to Pune. He added that they, the professional couriers usually don't call the customers while delivering and after a lot of argument, he delivered it at the gate and left cursing me. I think customer satisfaction is their least priority. And I suggest you guys to work on the same and avoid repeating such incidents further. PLease arrange for a call to customers or leave a note at the door which other courier services are offering.

                      We are not able to get proper consignment status from 2 days whether it reached destination or not. Awb no. Maa[protected] dt.14.07.2016 booked from chennai to hyderabad. We are in very urgent need of that parcel.

                      Parcel is of our machinery spares. Our machine is under break down due to this. We did not get the information about our consignment still now.

                        Parcel tracking id del[protected], its ordered form amezon.com and seller was gauransh enterprise on and seller said it has been already dispatch on 25th june 2016 and reached to nasik on 8th july 2016 through the professional couriers at nasik location in tidke colony, i called up on the same the lady said its gone to dindori office, i asked why it has gone to dindori office she said its there area of work, then i called dindori office on 11th july 2016 number [protected] person named ayush said that parcel is with us but we dont deliver parcel in your area and said you will have to come to collect the product. today i. e.12th july 2016 i again called on [protected] mr. ayush said parcel is at tidke colony office and because of rain we cant deliver your parcel you have to come and collect the parcel at our office. my question is if i already paid for the product and gave detail address they why i am facing this problem.

                            Sir,
                            The consignment no bu1oo9633 dated[protected] containing four sarees were dispatched through professional courier service from doddaballapur to dharwad. The consignment weighed 2.250kg. On opening the consignment, two sarees (Yellow and sea green coloured ones) were missing out of four sarees and the weight was1.51kgs. On enquiring at doddaballapur office. They said they would trace but in vain. Repeated requests were made through emails addressed to [protected]@tpcblr.In (Head office of the professional couriers) to kindly trace the missing items to retain credibility of their services whom we have been trusting since ages. None of them, neither the doddaballapur branch (Naveen: phone no [protected]) nor the ro office staff (Machayya phone no :[protected] are co operating please help me out. From 4th july iam communicating with them, they go on passing the buck but no solution. Kindly give justice.

                              This has reference to my complaint to you regarding refund of cancellation. IRCTC has given a vogue reply for replys shake. As per their instruction I contacted railway counters who denied how can we pay?? you will contact customer care who can refund by electronic transfer.

                              I don't know how to solve this problem.. Customer care never attends the phone and I sent several reminders daily, but no response. Pl hel p me.

                              Kindly note that if the ticket is booked through online then please send us the user id with IRCTC/date of booking/date of journey/transaction id to assist to you better and if the ticket is purchased from any railway reservation counter then please contact to the railway reservation counter regarding the information/help.

                                  I have been couriered my icici lombard two wheeler policy by icici on 21st june 2016. however, i have not yet received it. the consignment id is vpl[protected]. tracking with this id on profession courier's website http://www.tpcindia.com/ always display status as "dispatched to pune city". upon contacting their vile parle mumbai office ([protected]), they reject the responsibility saying that they have dispatched the courier and i have to contact pune office. after contacting pune office ([protected]) they are saying that it has not yet received to them and i should contact mumbai office again. i dropped a complaint to their customer care, after few email communications with them, they have also stopped replying now. the courier is important to me as it contains original papers of insurance. whatever may be the importance level of my courier, but if courier is sent then it is the sole responsibility of a courier company to handover it within stipulated time period.

                                  Please help me resolve this matter.

                                    I send courier through professional courier on 4th july 2016 to bangalore. Normally it should reach by any courier or postage on next day, but till 7th july the packet is not received at the destination. I booked it from tirupur, booking nomber trp 6613974, when i contacted them several times, they said they will be delivering it by 7th evening itself. Around 7.30pm again contacted them they said it is a holiday in bangalore, imagine from afternoon trying to find out a courier and by late evening some one say it is a holiday!!. At last they agree to take my complaint and not so sure about whether it will be delivered tomorrow also. This is the second time it is happening with professional courier. Once an important medical prescription send from ettumanoor in kerala to tirupur took 7 days!!! I contacted till bombay office of professional courier to find it. What a professionalism they keep.

                                    I also tried to raise a complaint through their web site on both times, but it is really cheating people, once you enter your complaint it never moves to next level at all. Try it.

                                    If any one wants to send important documents please do not use professional courier, look something like blue dart etc when you send courier next time at least some will answer your call.

                                      My parcel is laying at jogeshwari since 2nd july and not delivered.
                                      Let me know why there is a delayed.

                                      Also after several follow up with kurla office they failed to provide me the reason for delayed.
