I sent a courier, 10 days before, through THE PROFESSIONAL Courier. The booking person booked, after calculating weight, addressed to "Wavandal (PO), khalapur (TK), Raigad(DT), Maharastra (ST)." The booking amount is Rs.160. I confirmed over phone that The parcel did not received. The Booking No is : 258385 Then I asked the TPC (The PROFESSIONAL Courier) sankarankovil on 29.01.2015 Eve 3.30. They answered that they will reply after enquired at Chennai. Next day they (sankarankovil TPC) replied that The parcel was returned to chennai due to the reason of NOT SERVICING AREA. It will be returned to U on Monday (2.2.2015). I questioned why are u taking & Charging parcels to the UNSERVICABLE AREA. While entering the address can't u tell - this is not in the service area. Also I told that Refund My amount. Because this is not my mistake. But they told me that Amount will not be refunded in any case and U would asked about the service area to booking person. Ask the person who entered. Is This PROFESSIONAL? I confused about PROFESSIONAL!

One envelop was posted from kerala to odisha by me dt[protected]. I can't get till the date that material.The track no is acl119975 and not responding the costumer care centre.Allready 16 days over and it is an emergency document for me, so i choose the courier service .Please action agaist the professional courier.

My Courier was not delivered and status show as No Service Area. This is very important for me to reach before 27 Jan 2014. I would like to know when it will be delivered to me and why it showing as Dispatched backed to BLR. If my address in Ghaziabad is not in your service area, then on very First Place, why you booked and accepted the courier at Bangalore. Second, Don't you guys have any courtesy towards customer to give a call once their Courier is received and you are not able to delivered. A parcel send to me through Profession Courier Services, on 13th Jan 2015 from Nellore was dispatched at destination a week later on 16th Jan 2015 and was not delivered to me and abandoned it in storage. I went and collected it by myself on 20th Jan 2015. After taking the parcel to home found that it was ruined completely by rodents and all the stuff inside, which includes 599rs t-shirt and few medicines worth 250rs were completely damaged. When went and asked for explanation in the Profession Courier Services outlet, the in-charge there was rude and impolitely asked to lodge a complaint. I was supposed to get my courier 3 days back.one person from the courier office had called me(14th jan 2015 around 10.30AM from Prarthana School area branch-Bangalore. professional courier) to confirm the address and I told him the address where to come and he told he would be there in 5 mins.he had not come till afternoon and when i called him to check they told hat address is not in their area and they sent to Banashankari 2nd stage branch and will be delivered in 2 hours.Again i called them to check they gave Banashankari Branch number and they told they have not received any thing like that.again i called to prarthana school branch, they told they will check with other branch and let me know but i didnt gent any reply.Again i called them to check they gave the delivery boy number.i contacted him and he told he would be coming in 5 mins. he never came.i got irritated and i directly went to the courrier office at around 4.30pm today i.e 16th jan 2015 and then he had send the boy to prarthana school branch to collect it. finally the delivery boy came to deliver and started arguing with me that the address given is not the proper address.the courier i got is actually from the bank.that is ATM Pin.when i open to check it was already opened and they stapled and gave to me.i tried to call them to check and they didnt recieve my call.and they didnt even take my signature when they delivered it.their office number is[protected]professional

Before sending the documents I had confirmed with the firm whether they send it to the captioned address, only on the confirmation I had sent documents through courier on 6th of Jan 2014, tracking id Pro1821885 from Mumbai to Sultanpur. However the documents have not yet reached. I am following up with your customer care executive Mr Sanjay Yadav(Phone No.-[protected]), he is not been able to trace my documents nor is he receiving my calls. The documents are very important. I need to know the status of my documents urgently. Misplacement of the documents.I had to submit the documents on friday, 9th of Jan delay of the document has caused me a huge trouble. I have missed the deadline.

we Life Line Clinical Lab, Hosur - 635109.Tamilnadu, Sending Medical Laboratory specimens through " The Professional Couriers" regularly for the past 15years. Regret to bring to your notice that the consignment(Specimen of Hysterectomy patient's uterus for hysto-pathological examination) sent on 07/12/2014, have not yet delivered. This had been complained to the Local Office Verbally on Saturday that is 13/12/2014 itself. The Consignment has not yet traced out. At the same time your Local office bearers does not respond properly. Our Client(Patient o[censored]s) has warned us that they will go to take consumer action. Please do the needful immediately.

My College has send me a document through professional courier from nagercoil to kottarakara. On monday[protected] I have got a call from professional couriers kottarakara that the package is available and I have to collect it directly from the office and they don't have home delivery in my area. When I enquired about this matter in the regional office of Professional couriers they said kottarakara branch has home delivery services in limited areas, but they said they don't know which are the areas. then they gave me a number. I called in that number told him the same complaint, he gave me a mail ID and send mail regarding my complaint. Till now I haven't received any information from that officer. I tried to call him many times and he is not attending the calls thereafter.

I have sent a courier on Oct 20 2014 from Bhopal to Bhubaneswar. But the shipment is still on transit from DElhi to BBS for about 2 months and it is still on transit as you can see it here tpcindia.com/tracking.aspx?id=BHO366236 They have actually stolen and not interested in taking responsibility about it. What courier company does that. When the regional office in Bhubaneswar was contacted they said to contact Bhopal and Bhopal is contacted they said to contact Bhubaneswar. What type of game. Nobody has a clue about anything. The staff are simply dumb and uneducated people. companies like this should be banned to exist. If you call their customer care they simply will ignore not respond to your call. They are extremely unprofessional. I sincerely request everybody to never ever use Professional courier. I booked one medicine parcel on 25/11/2014 from Thanjvur to Banglaore, Till date (04/12/2014) they have not properly tell about the state of the parcel, After made many calls, today they said the parcel returned with non locating the mail address, I need judicial remedy for this type of non response with our cost.

I had sent a letter by courier from Kolhapur to Dombivili on 6/11/14 by Professional Courier vide KHR896017. This courier was delayed beyond reason and finally on 13/11 - I personally went to the Courier office in Thakurli and took delivery of the letter and gave it to the recipient. Why it takes 7 days for a courier to reach from Kolhapur to Dombivili sans logic and Courier company has not given any reason for this delay. I have sent them a written complaint by email on 14/11 and despite several reminders have not recd. any information in the last 15 days. Want to take legal action against the Courier.

My Docket no LKO[protected] has been opened and material inside that was put into a sack ( gods knows where the bag went) and delivered to me and also many items are missing. I tried your customer care but its not working. The parcel was booked for air delivery on dt-29/oct/14 and delivered to me on 11/11/14.

Hi, MAA[protected] has been booked on Nov 5, 2014 at Chennai and it reaches the Bangalore Marathahalli on Nov 6. After 2 days also it's not delivered and when contact to Marathahalli deleiver center they said it'll be delivered on Monday else come and collect the consignment. As a customer i'm expecting a good service. If i'll collect the same on their deliver centre then what about their service and why i have to pay money to them. I had the same kind of experience on Tamilnadu also.

Hi, My Father sent a watch through Professional couriers from Salem to chennai.My wife received the courier and checked.she was shocked by seeing that empty cover.It costs around Rs.2000/-.When my father enquiries about that couriers they are telling to give a letter for theft of the items. I enquired Chennai office regarding the courier they are saying that we don't have any control you have to ask Salem office.I asked them to check the peoples who carried the items (it may be 2 peoples or 2 branch office) they told that we cannot do that and we don't have those details(Surprising). Better you can check with Salem office . Written Letter given to the Salem Courier office.what is next step? Is there no way the Courier office can track the people whoever carried the items.Same reply is given to all the people who faced this situation

I got a parcel from Kolkatta (Diwali sweet) to Bangalore and it was fully damaged. I didnt accept the parcel (CC_No : ccu[protected]. Though they charged Rs.150 for this delivery and it was not delivered properly. I would like to raise a complaint against this.

Dear sir, This is to inform you that I Bikramjit Chakraborty recently I sent a package(consingment no. CCU[protected] containing important items to one of my relatives on 18th October who presently lives in Jharkhand, Ramgarh, through professional couriers from their Baruipur branch. But nearly a week or more passed the package was not being delivered. I am shocked to find out that when ever I try to contact their kolkata office they are not able to provide any information regarding my parcel. Moreover they assist me by giving me the number of their Ranchi professional couriers office and tells me to contact them. But when ever I call them they say that its wrong number, now I am totally hopeless, I really think this is a fraud company and there are many more victims like me. TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN My name is Varun Rajarangan. I am from Trivandrum, Kerala. I had ordered an oscilloscope from techtronix banglore. Unfortunately they sent me through Professional courier. The parcel reached their office which was very near to home. The called me and told me to take it from their office. Since I work in technopark, I was not in a position to go there. So I asked them to deliver to my house which was less than a km from their office. They refused to do so. So I asked them not to close the office till 5:45pm... so that i can collect the parcel. But these stupid people closed the office at 5:20 pm itself... I am terribbly disappointed by this kind of service. They could have delivered to my home. Please tell to change their name to UNPROFESSIONAL COURIERS...

Hi, A parcel was shipped on Oct 10 2014 19:13:11 from Satyamangalam to Bangalore. Today is Oct 21 and it is still not delivered. I'm following up with the bangalore office. When I called the Bangalore office today (Oct 21), the lady who spoke to me says they don't know when the parcel will be delivered and was very rude. This is really causing lot of mental stress.
