I sent a courier, 10 days before, through THE PROFESSIONAL Courier. The booking person booked, after calculating weight, addressed to "Wavandal (PO), khalapur (TK), Raigad(DT), Maharastra (ST)." The booking amount is Rs.160. I confirmed over phone that The parcel did not received. The Booking No is : 258385
Then I asked the TPC (The PROFESSIONAL Courier) sankarankovil on 29.01.2015 Eve 3.30. They answered that they will reply after enquired at Chennai.
Next day they (sankarankovil TPC) replied that The parcel was returned to chennai due to the reason of NOT SERVICING AREA. It will be returned to U on Monday (2.2.2015).
I questioned why are u taking & Charging parcels to the UNSERVICABLE AREA. While entering the address can't u tell - this is not in the service area. Also I told that Refund My amount. Because this is not my mistake.
But they told me that Amount will not be refunded in any case and U would asked about the service area to booking person. Ask the person who entered.
Is This PROFESSIONAL? I confused about PROFESSIONAL!
