Order placed on 26th Sept and I yet received the item . Its been more than 15 days and courier service is not taken any responsibility to deliver. Even after multiple followups. Pathetic service. Will not recommend anyone near future.

    A Medical Consignment Has Been Dispatched On 27/09/2022 From Bhusawal To Berhampur (Consignment No : Bsl58196), The Parcel Has To Be Delivered In 3-4days But Its Been 11days I Did Not Recieve The Consignment Yet. Henceforth This Type Of Negligence By The Courier For Deliviering Medical Consignment Cause A Severe Loss. So I Would Request To Take A Proper Action.

      A product has been couriered from surat to bangalore on 23 sep 2022 through professional couriers. It has reached bangalore on 25 sep 2022. As per status it has been sent to bangalore hosur road on 26/sep/2022. But till now it's not delivered. I called all numbers possible, even a manager's number. The manager sees my messages in whatsapp doesn't reply. Customer care makes me call multiple different number as if it's not their problem. I'm lost and not knowing what to do now.

          My name is Ch sanath kumar. I couriered some Things From Tumkur, Pin code:572102 To Banswada pin code:503187. On 23.09.2022 till now courier is not reached dated on 01.10.2022.

          I sent some valuable things which are more important and emergency need.till now courier not reached the purpose of sending courier is not solved because of your worst service..who is responsible now for not reaching the courier??? If now reach also no use...still how many weeks u will take i don't know...i also incurred some monetary damages because of delayed courier and negligence...very very pathetic service ...

              I had send a parcel from Palakkad on 26 Sep 2022 at 8:15Pm to Pariyaram Medical College. As per the confirmation from Palakkad it should have received at Pariyaram Medical College on 27th Evening but till date till this time it has not been received at the point .
              Have attached tracking System screenshot and it's seems to be in an improper way of despatch.
              How can we trust with the service if this is as such ...

                My Parcel is not received to the correct address which i have mentioned in the parcel. this parcel is not delivered to the correct address as i had mentioned in the post.

                I had paid for the charges. they say this parcel will be delivered with in a day, but there is no proper response and that is not happening.

                courier staff persons not responding properly, delayed the courier. and lost or stolen (require to give police complaint) the parcel.

                            From coimbatore to sholinghur i booked one parcel wt, below 300gms, but they charges 80+1 gst total 81rs, within tamilnadu actual charges 60rs only. they are charges extra amout from me. so check the charges and it is over charge take necessary action.

                                I have sent a parcel from cochin to Kallakurichi via docket no: 60307793 dt:[protected].
                                I have clearly explained to the executives that it was a food item (Prasadam) and they have agreed to send the same.
                                But the parcel have reached the delivery address nearly after a month dt:[protected].
                                The food items were spoiled and of no use.
                                Hence request you to refund the cost of the courier along with the cost incurred for the purchase of the food items.

                                  It's been 2 weeks since courier has been dispatched from SURAT on 29/08/2022. It has a Saree in it. After tracking it shows dispatched to KOLLAM-KTI (my location) since September 5th. But I haven't received it yet. It still shows "In Transit".Please take necessary actions.

                                        I have not received the item that was shipped from Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu on 26/08/2022 to Hyderabad. It reached Hyderabad, Kondapur on 30/08/2022 and still not delivered to my destination.

                                        The complaint portal is neither complicated and the contact numbers are not responding to my calls.

                                        I would like the courier delivered latest by tomorrow as the distance between kondapur and destination is within 5 KM.
