I'm writing this complaint about the Professional Courier service Hyderabad. My PRAN card has been despatched on 30May 2022. The professional courier website shows the status as delivered on June 4 2022. They have not delivered it my address. They have delivered it to a wrong address. Their customer service doesn't respond to any complaints. Please track my PRAN card and deliver it to my address....

I have sent a parcel to bellandur(Bangalore) from Babusapalaya (Bangalore) on 22 June 2022.it was a pick up mode.next day wen I tried to track the order it was saying wrong consignment number. When I checked with the
Professional courier agent he said they missed to keep yellow receipt on my parcel that's the reason they couldn't track it.but the parcel has not yet delivered to the destination address. Now he is saying the parcel is...

My brother have couriered mangoes worth of 3400/- from Sulurpet on 20th June and as per the tracking product reached Bangalore on 23rd of June. No one from Bangalore office contacted me. Insted I have tried contacting HRD, Manager Unni Nair and customer service multiple times but no response found.On 28th of June the product was returned back. As per Sulerpet branch info the product got damaged.. This is not for the first time but this time...

The courier which was not received from my end but the status shows the courier has been delivered on June 22nd. I contacted one of the executive he said he will respond back after enquiring once then he is not picking the call. Need a clarification and delivery of my courier....

Had couriered documents from Santacruz to be delivered at Thane on 21st June. Yet not delivered....

Am send a courier on 16/6/2022 @ Coimbatore hope college office, Delivered Address to Mettur Dam, still not courier not deliver. There's no proper response from coimbatore professional courier office. Not picking the phone call also. It's a important to me. Pl slove the problem

The courier has been send on 14th of June from Mavelikara to Bangalore with perishable items, with a promise to deliver on 3rd day, Today is 8th day, and still not delivered

Today I got a courier to be delivered to home at Ezhome, kannur, kerala. but the staff said they don’t do door delivery( which was not mentioned from the sender location)and need to collect it from their nearby office and the staff was very rude. He was literally blasting on me as if I did something wrong...

This consignment was not delivered and got returned after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, there was no clear answer from your customer service, despite several emails. It will be good if your customer service is responsive and keen to resolve and find solutions...

Please locate my consignment and get it delivered asap. When i contact the office in belgaum they now say that it is not in deliverable area. Mji45125547, This is the professional courier tracking and mu shipment should have already been delivered but it is taking forever. Tried calling professional courier thousands time but no response. One of the worst unprofessional courier company I have seen so far who are really not responsible for anything and harassing their customers. Please look into this....

Parcel is booked on 04/06/2022 from Vrindavan for Nokha. Airway bill no. MTA[protected]. On 06/06/2022 it reached on bikaner 65 km far from nokha. It is taking time so i called bikaner office on 7th of june that how much time it will take. And next day i called him that my parcel is still there then he told me don't call us again and again. It can take a week to deliver from bikaner to nokha in such a rude way....

We also given declaration to that parcel at Koramangala branch (BDA Complex).
It was reached Ramdurg on 26th same month, but Ramdurg branch staff said that they don't have that parcel in their office. And now they says that one of their courier...
