Product has been dispatched from Mathura, the person took our package saying he is from professional courier on 4th October 2021 and said that he will send receipt to us, whatever the charges that will be applied and gave a receipt just with tracking number, then he called on 6th October 2021 saying that give me Rs.5000 else I will not send package and you will never get your package. I asked him for receipt that he refused to give. Using tracking number I tracked the courier it was dispatched for our city but we never received it till date.
I called the office from where it was dispatched they told that the package sending cost Rs.40/kg and our package was 62kg. Of course the first person is trying to do fraud, now the person calls and threatens us that he will take package back or will stop the delivery give money.
I already gave him Rs.2500.
I haven't received any update and nothing. My package is lost.

I have booked my consignment from PUNE to Hasthinapuram/LB Nagar /yderabad and on enquiry the consignment was reached LB Nagar branch on 8.10.21 and the same was not delivered by LB Nagar branch, on enquiry the staff of LB Nagar branch giving irresponsible answers and behaving very rudely.

Please take up the earring staff and arrange to deliver the consignment immediately as the equipment is badly needed for me.

The courier was an urgent as it was for a painting Competition and supposed to be deliver on or before 9th OCTOBER.
Before initiating this courier, I asked Professional courier (Electronic city Bangalore) representative that when the courier will be delivered. They confirmed me that if I go for pro premium service which is a special service with higher cost, then this item will be delivered by 9th Oct for sure. But yesterday (9th Oct) the courier company informed that they can't deliver before Monday because of Durga Puja road block. If road is blocked then how come courier will be delivered on Monday, still Durga Puja is not over. Looks like it's total unprofessionalism and calasness of the courier company.
Before taking such urgent courier they must check the feasibility whether really they will be able to deliver it or not by the scheduled time. Now if it's get delivered on Monday (9th October) it makes no difference for me as this painting will not be considered for the competition.
Today is 10th October and I can see in the professional courier tracking portal that the item has not been delivered yet. Hence I need my full refund and penalty charges for my harrassment along with the item untouched condition at my location Bangalore. Also I would like to see a strong action against this company for such casual attitude, missing their deliver commitment, making custome as a fool by getting extra money with below graded service for customer's deliverable.

Horrible service from the Professional Couriers...my package # BML [protected] dispatched on Sept 23, 2021 has not yet been delivered until today, Oct 7 although it reached Sahibabad on Sept 29. Since then it has been lying there without any intimation. Yesterday called M#[protected], person very casually said "will be delivered". Sahibabad office has done this for the 2nd time. Earlier, in April 2021 too after severe delays and multiple calls a badly damaged package was delivered. When called their agent (#[protected]) who had picked up the package simply forwarded destination phone number. No response to the email sent to HQ customer service and regional customer service email ids even after 3 working days.

The consignment note number PRO12326714 despatched on 30.09.2021 at 7PM still not reached the destination (07.10.2021 11.30am). Consignment to be delivered on priority hence despatched by Pro premium. Matter most urgent. Do provide a confirmation upon delivery without fail.

We have couriered one book to Bangalore local address vide above consignment no [protected] on 23 Sep 2021 from M G Road office collected by you representative not received by the addressee till today nor returned back to us.
On complaining your booking agent took complaint and never replied back till today.

Consignment Booking Reference: CGL4026984. It is told by the delivery person that the door is locked. Out of 6 people, 5 are working from home 24x7. It is a gross irregularity on the part of delivery person and TPC. After collecting the charges, such irregularity is totally not acceptable and it is clear cheating. If TPC could not control or monitor their staff, why should they accept consignments for delivery.

My parcel reached 3 days over. They asking come to pickup. Don't want delivery.

Sir,

I had ordered the Sony 43" TV from trichy Bismi electronics on 18Sep, and when the package came to my place the box was damaged and delivery boy said, only box is damaged no problem inside.

When i open the box and the front panel was broken and informed them in next 2 mins to Ambasaumaduran Courier Office.

The package send to Trichy next day.

I didn't get any proper answer from courier department for the broken TV made by delivery boy.

Hello, my consignment was booked through Mehsana (Gujarat, India) on 25-Sept-2021 at around 7 PM and reached to the delivery station SAHIBABAD (Uttar Pradesh, India) on 27-Sept-2021 around 11 AM. Today it’s 2-Oct-2021 and it’s still not delivered yet. I am trying to track my consignment but there is no update since 27-Sept-2021. Please take some action asap.

TV company had sent 43" Android From Trichy to Tenkasi on 18- Sep- 2021.

The TV was good untill it's reached Ambasaumaduran professional office.
Then courier boy tied the TV back side of TVS bike with rope.

And reached to my place with broken frontpanel. With in 2mins reported the issue to Professional office and Tenkasi Balu manager.

Then, courier boy took the TV to Ambasaumaduran courier office and return to trichy on next day.

I had captured the video of how delivery boy broken the TV.

Kindly refund my amount AS soon as possible.

I didn’t received my courier but when i track it with consignment number its status shows delivered acknowledged with sign but I didn’t received it and i also visit their office but they refused to help me. I also try to reach them by their customer care number but their provided phone number is not valid i also try to reach them by mail but it is not delivering so please help me to find my courier.

I order some books from an institute, and they send through professional courier, and they shared the order-id also, but Still i am not receiving my parcel, it's almost more than 20 days gone, even domestic parcel they weren't deliver on time, i contact professional couriers near my location, irresponsible answers, still not delivery my parcel, ever scene such worst experience...

yester day i had been to Central Government Health center ADYAR.During
that period professional courier delivery boy visited my home. Door lock so he left and not contacted me over mobile. Today contacted over phone the delivery with any response giving reply you are not reachable. He might have handed to my neighbor. This clearly so only business moto no service moto The way he replies roughly with any mankind. This clearly shows professional courier not educated the delivery boy how move with their customers. Here after i will thing twice whether to sent any parcel through professional courier.

As i have received paper rolls from Hitachi payment pvt ltd, chennai . package were not at all delivering to customer . Even if customer going to collect package for courier office @nellore staff is very irresponsible and talking in very rude manner suggesting to come again and again for collecting the package .
