Goods worth Rs.2000 were sent for Chennai (destination) through professional courier at Bhagalpur, Bihar on 21st Jun'21 through Air mode. It was promissed that the goods would be delivered within 3 days. But the actual delivery took place only after 5 days due to which the good were totally damaged by Rats in transit.

I didn't received my parcel and i didn't received any Updates about my parcel. It is very urgent parcel and when i called to their office they are not giving any response, pls help me, my tracking ID is PYN8004598

The package was sent from BLR to TN on 25th June, status shows it is still in BLR south. I called the customer care number and none of the numbers are working(invalid number). I called to Bombay, Gurgaon and everyone are redirecting to website. Finally, after lot of hassle spoke to a gentleman who provided the courier no in TN. I called the TN office and found that package is still in BLR. This time he provided me two telephone numbers of backyard and both the numbers are switched off. I am back to square one again, from where I started.

I don't know whom to contact and how to proceed further.

This company with so much customer complaints should be banned and fined heavily. In india only people take customers for granted and don't even apologize or take any corrective actions.

A parcel was booked on May 3 from Thiruvalla, Kerala to Banglore. The parcel has reached Bangalore on May 5. Even after calling several times, the delivery was not given. Both the sender and the recipient kept calling but they kept ignoring. The parcel was dispatched from Thiruvalla on May 3 and delivered to Bangalore on June 28. I'm Manoj Kumar S D and myself couriered one of my assets via professional courier on Thursday i.e 24th of june 2021 to Hyderabad Telangana. But it's already almost 6 days completed till now product has not been delivered and there is no update from your end.

I tried to reach all available contact number no one is not reachable.

Is this is way of giving service to customers from your end.

Please let me know status of my assets also please find my tracking code details for your response.

While Booking the consignment, expected late in the delivery was not highlighted.

For Last 5 days I have been calling
Customer Care Number,
Chennai Professional Courier Office Number,
Booking Office Number ( From where the consignment was booked )
Other Involved People from the Professional Courier, I have not received a proper status of the Consignment where about.

Send multiple reminder emails to the emails of Bhubaneswar office and Chennai Office but never got a correct status of the expected delivery date.

Tracking No: TVL4543718 has been booked from Tiyagarajanagar, Tirunelveli (TVL 4543718) on 25.06.2021 (11.39 AM) to Gobichettipalayam.

It was shown Out for Delivery on 26.06.2021 but not delivered on that day. Waited for another 2 days (considering the Pandemic scenario), but till today (29.06.2021) we haven't received any Call or Message from TVL or Gobi professional couriers.

Hence Call has been made to Gobichettipalayam Professional Courier No: [protected] and they told that we have to get it from their office. We dont know this, since No Calls or Messages received asking Us to collect till date, when enquired about this, they Terminated the call and Not attending further calls.

It seems the professional couriers is the most unprofessional courier.
My consignment started its journey from Kerala on 17 June 2021 and it hasn't reached me at Pune, till 28 June 2021.
From the tracking data, it is known that the consignment was held in Kochi for 06 days and now it again stuck at Mumbai for 04 days.
Mumbai - Pune is just 150 km and if you do not have logistics between this much close cities, how can a customer depend on you?

My product was not delivered and even I raised complain no now responded, such a irresponsible courier service. Iam going to raise complain in consumer forum

Very bad service provider by profession courier, the parcel sent from pathankot to Mumbai on 21 June 2021, 7 days are passed and still I didn't get my parcel. Too much time taking by the courier company for delivery and when I called to customer care they are not giving correct answer and talk very rudely. I personally suggest to everyone pls don't use this service.

I called and asked they informed me that they cant deliver and we need to collect it. Even it is allowed during the time they refused and did not inform me till I call and asked them. My package is still with them. I need it to deliver to my concerned address.

i tried to call at Secunderabad office but nobody answer the calls and i call to uppal office they said its been delivered to Secunderabad and they have given the contact No's but no body respond

A courier with tablets has been sent from tanjore on 22nd June, I could tract that it reached Coimbatore on 23rd itself. Confinement number is TNJ5370218. Today is 26th still I haven't received yet. The medicines are urgent for me. This is not due to covid situation and this is not the first time. This is happening for all past 5 times. Kindly provide the medicine today.

My Courier CJB4669800 was despatched to New Delhi from Coimbatore on 20th April, already 2 months has passed but I didn't received my courier. I need it urgently . I am ready to take it from any office in New Delhi.

I'm Swapna from chennai and I have posted a courier via professional courier service at 19th June (Saturday) from Chennai to Nagapattinam.

It had reached Nagapattinam on 21st and today the date is 25th as of now no information about my product. My suspect It has been missed .

Kindly take legal action against them

It even dispatched and the local Nagapattinam courier office have received it on 21st June ie on Monday. It's been three days I'm calling the customer care service of Nagapattinam but seems like there number is wrong and I also got a guy number and he is not at all picking up the cal/. Daily I used to call the customer service number at chennai and people are really making me frustrated with their carelessness. They will say " WE WILL AND GET BACK TO YOU" but for the entire day they will not call or msg to intimate me.

Today I spoke to a lady, who was so arrogant towards me and IS THAT WAY THE CUSTOMER NEED TO ADDRESSED!? till now I'm so depressed with the behaviour of your team. Im really feel bad that they have humiliated me .

Im a customer here and I'm enquiring about my order but they think I'm lending for there asset.I need a proper answer whether i can wait for my product or I must forget it.

Im embarrassed with customer service and FYI- I have couriered product which should be handled with care.i appreciate if I atleast now get a proper and kind reply from you guys.

I would like to ESCALATE this complaint as I'm waiting with no information from your end.
