We had some courier done from Banglore professional to kasaragod professional on dec 31 and it’s been 10days and the courier is still
In transit at the last point . The customer care do not repsond they are either switched off or busy every time and when we call
They say they are down on network they keep saying the product is in transit and so not a sure the delivery and we keep waiting . I don’t even think this is going to make any difference but I have no option of at all anything is possible please let me know

I Sent a Parcel containing important documents from chennai to imphal, manipur . the parcel reached to manipur within 3 days and is currently 30 kms away from the destination address, today i received a call from the courier office and told me to come and collect the parcel from their office, the place is about 30 kms away and i cannot go and collect it because i have paid for doorstep delivery of the parcel, If you cannot deliver then i would like you to please return it back to chennai and i will also proceed to take legal actions in conusmer court .

DAMAGE OF COSTLY MATERIAL (AN 32 INCH MI COLOR LED TELEVISION)--
I BOOKED A CONSIGNMENT CHARGING COUPLE OF THOUSAND RUPEES FROM DELHI PROFESSIONAL COURIER (OKHLA) BRANCH TO JAMSHEDPUR.
The consignment details are as follows-

consignment booking date- 28/12/20.

I booked my luggages on 28th December from DELHI (OKHLA) to JAMSHEDPUR. There was a 32 Inch MI LED flat Screen color Television. I asked (Manager of Okhla courier branch) to handle the parcels with care. He ensured he would take good care of the packets.

But when I received the parcel, the cartoons was torn from corner and the television screen was damaged. I asked him to stick notes with "handle with care" which was also not found. This reflects a very bad service from the courier service.
I also sent a complaint letter to Delhi and Head quarter branch Mumbai on 01st January along with the Bills.

I received few communication But now I have not received any communication from anybody yet. Whenever I call the person of professional courier, most of the time he does not pick up the calls. This is just to avoid the responsibility. Then he told the packet was not packed properly but his executives only packed the Television and took the parcels. HE HAS STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS NOW.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIM PROCESS OR TEACH THEM A LESSON.

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE. READERS PLEASE PLEASE DONT BOOK YOUR LUGGAGES THROUGH THIS COURIER SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL BANKRUPT YOU. ANY COMMENTS WELCOME.

A package was shipped from Vishakhapatnam to Hyderabad and it has the below items for the consignment number -vsp4386281

2 sarees
one kid's dress-stitched one.
upon receiving the package in Hyderabad, we have noticed only 2 sarees in the package and the Kid's dress is missing

Sent two consignments from Kodagu (Coorg) Karnataka to Kolkata on 28th Dec vide c/n # MRC395478 & MRC395480. Still stuck in Bangalore for 7 days and no one has any idea on delivery or status

On the 16 th december i have applied for the pan card but still i didn't receive my pan card even after the 20 days so please kindly dispatch the card as fast as possible

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I am receiving from Professional
Couriers from[protected] date of consignment shipped) to till now.
The delivery person from the company says that he cannot deliver the parcel and he asked
me to come to the office and collect it. (Person Name - Shine - Kotagiri Professional
couriers).
There after asking for a proper response he added that the delivery address is a bit far
(But it's hardly 3 kms from his office) and so he will deliver in two days.. It's been a week
now still there is no response from the office.
All calls made to their various offices including their HO and Regional HO which were
always busy, call after sometime, number does not exist and bla bla bla.. Even after the
two picked the call from the kotagiri office they said "i am out of office contact the other
one" .. It was surprising both said the same after calling twice.. They don't know the same
person was calling.. So it means the answer was to everyone who called, without even
knowing what the query is..

I trust this is not the way professional courier being unprofessional to conduct service
with customers .
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to prevent a similar
situation from recurring in future to any customer .

I am sure it was purposely done by the local office people in kotagiri and the HO is
supporting the same.

Consignor (Ms. Manchanda) booked a courier on 29-Dec-2020 at 18:38 hrs from Vile Parle Mumbai office of The Professional Couriers (TPC). POD No. VPL[protected]. It contained small crystals ear buds suitable for small girl child. Not a precious commodity. For this I have paid Consignor Rs. 5, 000 by PhonePe.
The courier was addressed to me for delivering at my residential address F-803, Shree Venkatesh Lake Vista, Jambhuwadi Road, Ambegaon Bk, Katraj, Pune-411046.
The tracking details available at TPC's website indicates that courier was received in TPC's Pune city office on 30-Dec-2020. The courier remains to be delivered till date. Usually it takes a day for courier from Mumbai to Pune.
Even on 31-Dec-2020, the courier was not delivered. So I started following up with TPC from 1-Jan-2021. I kept enquiring by making 9 telephone calls at their landline number[protected] and 3 calls at [protected]. I talked to Ms. Rohini. I received trivial responses that they are looking into it and their operations team is on the job, etc. Finally Ms. Rohini gave me telephone number ([protected]) of one Mr. Anirudh from their operations team. I made 6 calls (1 call on 1-Jan-2021 and 5 calls on 2-Jan-2021) to this Anirudh, who promised me to find out the missing courier. After my last call on 2-Jan-2021 at 18:03 hrs, I found that his phone went out of coverage area and he was not contactable. May be my number is blocked by him.
I have logged in my complaint on their website under customer care tab. The CRM ID is CRM375034.
I find that the customer service is very poor and there is no real attempt in finding out whereabouts of the courier addressed to me.

The desirable resolution is they find out at deliver the courier to me as soon as possible.

They take minimum 2 weeks for no reason.

I am Rathnakara Ariga, aged 75 years, residing at Neerala, Bondantilla village and Post, Mangalore - 575029

It is causing inconvenient to collect the courier from Kadri office. It is approximately 9kms away from my home. Any medicinal couriers are not delivering to the my residence. Some time, may be one or two times couriers has delivered to my house. But many a times they are denying to deliver. When asked the courier office, located at,
City Trade Centre, Opposite City Hospital, Mallikatte, Kadri, Mangalore, Karnataka 575002.
they respond very rudely.

They call us and ask us to "collect, else we will return". And they claim that they are owners.

Resolution needed:

We want the service to be provided to the door steps

I have sent courier to dhalavaipuram from chennai on 25th dec...in online status its showinh its despatched in rajapalayam at 28th dec.. Still customer not yet received the parcel.. In rajapalayam branch they are saying " not received the parcel yet.

On 17th December 2020, a letter was sent through Professional Couriers from Erode to the below given Address. The Letter is not yet deliverd and when I enquired at the office at Kottayam, I was told that it was returned back. Even though there was my phone number on the package, no one contacted me. The letter had an important document and please make arrangements as soon as possile to receive that at my address.

Parcel sent from chengalpattu to Chinchwad. Materials worth Rs9000 missing from the parcel. Courier representative informed as to sent mail regarding missing materials. And commited that they will check and revert back regarding materials. But till now no response.

I have sent the package from Shikaripura to Pune on 18th December. The package is not yet delivered.

The Bangalore Customer care said they have sent the consignment and the Pune Customer care said they did not receive any consignment from Bangalore on 19th.

My package contains the origional bills to be submitted for claim process and requires urgent receipt.

Please help me track and get the package delivered ASAP.

I had sent a consignment containing colostomy products for cancer patient vide POD No TVM13697473 DATED 4.12.2020 WEIGHING AROUND 5.350 KGS. Till date the consignmnet not recieved by the party and on enquiry it is not traceable. No customer care executive or manager picks up calls even emails are not replied to, ...we are regular customers and still this is the reponse. what a pathetic condition.

I have send live fish through Professional couriers from Kayamkulam to Kallambalam, Trivandrum ( distance 67 Km) at 5:00 P.M on 21st Dec 2020 and they assured me that the courier will reach the destination on 22 Dec 2020 before 2:00 P.M but it reached on 23 Dec 2020 at 11:00 A.M ie on the third day. All the fish were dead and I had a loss of 3000Rs and my customer lost the trust with me.so please refund my money as early as possible.

We gave the package in vijayawada (A.P) ON friday18 Dec 2020. My package number is VJA3590035. They told they will deliver within 2 days to Hyderabad(Yousufguda).It was urgent to me.
Package reached Hyderabad main office on Sunday.
Monday morning i called to Ameerpet branch person, that person is careless and he is telling it is not possible to deliver the package today. Finally after so many request of my mother he is telling we will deliver the package untill evening on Monday.
In srinagar colony again my mother called and requested that concerned person. Finally they gave the package in the afternoon around 4pm. Professional couriers take the time to give the parcel from vijayawad to hyderabad is 4days.

I Am Working in shriram Transport Finance company Ltd in Tindivanam and Villupuram. for this location, Professional
f ranchise managers and Owners are not responding the properly and They Are Not giving the courier Bill properly. Eg: For May and June, Oct month Bill giving at Dec Month. If they Given like this means, How can We claim this bill. In our expenses team, They are rejecting the bills due to more than 3 months and asking special approval. So it is very difficult to Handle these managers. Please do the needful and Kindly guide him to give the bills month on month without delaying...
