Always ignore to deliver products at doorstep; always write down lies as "consignee is not available in call"...without response. ...so from 6 months I'm facing this problem. ..solve this problem. Try to behave politely with customer.

      I have booked a parcel from guntur to sangli(Maharashtra). But still the parcel is not deliver to the address. And on online tracking on their website..its not showing anything after 15/nov/2020. No one is picking up the call...infact the no of branch office of sangli is not reachable all the time..and the another no is a mobile no [protected]...the person on this number is very rude all the time...firstly he never pick the call of anyone..almost after 50-60 calls in a day a single call attended and said product is in hub it will deliver today...and after 5 mins the number is switched off...pathetic service, unprofessional staff...i have never ever seen such a pathetic courier service in my life...guys dnt book any parcel from this courier service. My parcel is lost somewhere and these guys are not even replying...😡😡

        My brother sent a small parcel only 50 grams from Thanjavor no TNJ 6989108 to my address Chennimalai fire station erode d.t. Tamilnadu..
        21/11/2020 today a person contact me at mobile and ask to come to professional courier office to collect the parcel. I told them to deliver the parcel to my address only 2 km from courier office. But they did not accept my obligations..

          POD no : EDQ23147325 .I have sent this parcel from Erode to Delhi on 13 Nov 2020. Parcel reached Delhi on 16 Nov 2020. But parcel not delivered yet. I have made a numerous phone call to tpc customer care many times. But no response.very worst. I need my parcel back. I will go to consumer court with booking slip.

            This is to complaint about the unprofessional and unethical attitude of your Tripunithura Branch.
            I have a new subscription for the magazine Bhavans Journal.
            The Circulation Manager, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kulapati K. M. Munshi Marg, Mumbai – 400 007 had booked a consignment addressed to me vide Professional Courier No.: VPL[protected] on 13.10.20.
            On 21.10.2020 @ 11:58 Hrs. the Professional Couriers called me, from their mobile No. [protected]. (Missed call) This
            Same day @ 12:27 Hrs. I called them back at same mobile No., talked. They wanted to know about my address. I informed them about directions to my address. They informed that the delivery man would call back for directions.
            On 22.10.2020 @ 09:38 Hrs. they called me back and asked me to collect from their Office, which I declined. I told them that they are to deliver it to my address as is done by all other Courier Services. When they told that I should collect it from their office, I informed that I have no information or message from anybody about any consignment addressed to me, C/O. their Office.
            As far as I know, counter delivery is for out station localities, or non delivery areas specially mentioned. My address is well within the Tripunithura Municipality, and is very close to the Main Road LEADING to Cochin Refinery and Fact and other industrial establishments, who are regularly serviced by Major Courier Services. Also it is close to the Irimpanam Post Office.
            It is common knowledge that you subscribe to a magazine so that you need not go out to buy a copy, it is home delivered. Also as an elderly man, (73 years) I am advised not to stir out of my house unnecessarily by the State health authorities.
            By sticking a " Party Refused" sticker, this ### of a service provider sent back the consignment to Mumbai.
            The Circulation Manager sent it back to me by India Post, on 12th and I received on 16th of this month.
            It is these Courier Services operators, without any Professional and Business integrity and ethics, they have the audacity or gumption to stick a label “Party Refused”, and return without delivering. Also in these relaxed periods of Covid restrictions, when all other courier services have resorted to contactless home delivery, some of these above mentioned category resort to such gimmicks and find solace under the pretext of Covid scare.

            I strongly oppose the irrational behaviour of this operator and request you, the Head Office to take action against him.

              We have booked one parcel from Professional courier Malleswaram to Varthur Road on[protected] vide number BLR[protected] from Professional courier office Margaso road Malleswaram branch

              We have contacting Mr.Mahesh ph no [protected] but till today they have not delivered .

              It is a very important parcel which needed to be submit to Bank.

              Please help in this regard

                5days old document still delivery pending by unprofessional courier. I called 50 numbers to get that parcel but nothing happened. Registered complaint, sent emails, called customer care several times but nothing happened.

                    I booked one consignment on 2nd Nov from Satna -485001 (MP) to Hyderabad (500032) with POD NO JLR50138566 but till date document not yet delivered. Those are my life saving documents. I have tried every contact number, every mail id to communicate with them but no one cares to respond.The local vendor (Track on courier pvt ltd) is even talking in very abusive manner. i am left with no other option to take legal action against this courier.

                    All the contact numbers they have provided on their website are either switched off or not in service and the ones which are operating, no one responds. Sicne 12th Nov, the status is showing despatched to hyderabad and in madhapur branch.

                      I am from Hyderabad, one parcel dispatched from Mumbai to Hyderabad on October 8 2020, fron NSDL since then I have been tracking online after keeping in transit on November 4 suddenly showed status as delivered. Since then I have been continuously following branch and Hyderabad head office and even called to Mumbai office every time they say it will be resolved it's almost 2 weeks I have been continuously following up with complaint stiil issue not delivered item, at least no proper response. I am getting doubt are we in democratic country. Can you please suggest how can I punish them legally, is there any way to punish the responsible people, not to repeat again to any people, I never faced this kind of situation in my life this is worst kind of people Chandannagar branch Hyderabad then never pick call, no proper response. Please suggest

                        Virudhachalam Professional courier employees/Manager getting more time to deliver the parcel. Mr. Syed Kalam Manager @ Virudhachalam also don't responding properly. Always his number busy. He don't call me free time also... Last time also none of them delivered the my parcel. At that time professional courier employee told me delivery person leave today. So, Please pickup directly. Parcel also damged. But manager also don't responding for my lose. 4 bottles of serub damaged. Yesterday again they telling same reason and they asked me pick up directly. I strictly told them, this time i don't pick up directly.

                            i have contacted Professional couriers Hyderabad office and bangalore office and mumbai office also.

                            No body taking action on this, even phones not lifting,

                            please help us to find my watches .

                            Issue:

                            one of my relative couriered the 2 talking watches (cost 20000 Rs) . which is useful for blind people. (Diwali gift)

                            From Bangalore to hyderabad on 5th nov 2020.

                            11th Nov 2020 the parcel is delivered and no watches found in the parcel.

                            some body stolen the watches in your courier services.

                            Could you please help me to find watches missed in your courier services.

                                One of my colleague sent a courier to me from Bangalore to coimbatore on 3/11/2020. In the tracking I got to know that it reached coimbatore at 4/11/2020 and the status updated as door locked. But no one called me and the door was opened through out the day since it is Coimbatore Tidel Park.
                                The staff named Fathima says that they won't do service for tidel Park and she talking very irresponsibly. Today (10/11/2020) myself reached to the collection office and received the courier.
                                With the support of their manager, Mr.Karmugil selvan they are behaving like this.

                                Can you please confirm that professional courier don't do service to coimbatore tidel Park?

                                They saying that person name called shanmugam tried to call me at 4/11/2020 to deliver the parcel. But I didn't get any call. So please ask him to show the proff for that he called me.

                                I called Alain branch to pick my doucment and to deliver dbx since 3 days they waste my time giving me different pick up schedules and different numbers and now neither they pick up the doucment nor they are answering my calls.

                                  It been days there is no updates and not showing tracking status on website too.

                                    This is regarding Airway Bill Number HRD30750166. This parcel is still not yet received after a month of shipping. I have contacted many people and there was no more proper information about this pack. Finally I have talked multiple times with Smitha she was in charge of the Kochi Kerala head. Her mobile number # [protected]. She was saying that she was checked manually all the containment and wasn't able to see this parcel and asked for the refund.

                                      I have been ordering Chips from Palakkad Kerela to bangalore through professional courier. Last week I ordered(30th October 2020) and it took almost 4 days to get it delivered(delivered on 9th Novemeber 2020). to my Surpirse i found 750 gms of chips(3 packets) stolen. I did complain and didn't get a proper response from professional.

                                      First package PGT3544743 booked on October 30th and delivered on 2nd November. 3 packets of 250 gms was stolen

                                      Second package PGT3545449 ordered on 5th November and delivered on 9th November 2020. Once again 3 packets of 250 gms each was stolen and with packs tampered. there is no proper response from professional .

                                      Whenever we call they say van problem, it is lying in office will be delivered soon. they also lie stating it is out for delivery but gets delivered after two days.

                                      My address is No 32, 3rd cross, vallabha nagar vasanthapura main road, bangalore -560062. It comes under Yelachanahalli bangalore south.

                                      I am also attaching the video proof for what was booked and what was delivered.

                                        I bought some products made of aluminium and they parcelled those through professional courier. I received the produced in a damaged condition. And i can provide photos also. It is happened during transportation and they are responsible for it.
