I would like to know the what is the reason for return back of my consignment (Del[protected] as i have checked your belandur office one day before they reported as it has not reach their destination. Now it showing that it has returned to the sender.

Here i am attaching the screen shot that i am going to post in my facebook page by quoting a bad feedback against your service.

Pod # ixc[protected] dispatched from chandigarh to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd. Jalandhar as on dated 24/05/19. Same was received at jalandhar office of professional courier as on dated 25/05/19. But till date 30/05/19 we not received the courier at bharti axa life ins.co. Office. We have already called at jalandhar office at no.[protected] from 29/05/19 approx 30 times & at chandigarh office on no.[protected] approx. 20 times. But still we not received the courier & now on both numbers no one picking the calls.

Jpr[protected], bhr50026675 status is not received at chennai for second one status is not at all available

Jpr[protected] for the past 2 days no update. What happened to the parcel. Y the status is same. Its urgent. Also i tried to contact chennai professional couriers and jaipur. Y professional courier service compaints cant be taken or investigated chennai officer asked me to call jaipur. How can i convey my message they cant understand english officers should contact themself and solve customer problem

Sir on date 16-05-19 i was send a item (Which airway bill no. Is bpr[protected] from origin raigarh to destination point ahmadabad and the product weight is something 8 kg. When my item is delivered at destination on 22 may and we can get product box was completely damage and product is also damage. And i have get soo losses. So please help and check the report.

My order not delivered to my address. Contact number [protected] in package,
I get call from panruti courier service they say they didn't deliver to that address, and say its is not deliverable, but in professional courier web site 607108 pin code is deliverable, village name oraiyur. I tried raise compliant about this issue in professional courier web site, feedback page not working show error in submit, please check that, my 10 orders not delivered in past 3 months, i request order number but panruti professional courier person not telling that details.

Worst customer care support. They didn't response, and didn't respect customers, they not delivery my more then 10 order in past months, they say did not delivery to my address, please solve problem.

As per the booking branch, this consignment should have reached the recipient on 06-may-2019.

But still it is not delivered and karur branch persons said that the parcel is missed and after that there is no response from them.

Daily i'm visiting to coimbatore booking office and they are also saying karur team is not responding.

I sent mail to concern branch managers thrice but no response from them.

I need the parcel to be delivered or refund the amount of rs.3350.

Consignment no: bbi10215786, dispatched from paradeep odisha on 13.5.2019 to jeypore, koraput, odisha. Till date i have not received. Called your paradeep, bhubaneswar, koraput and jeypore offices. Bhubaneswar office is saying that we have dispatched it to koraput on friday but koraput office has not received it on saturday... Is it lost. Many times i asked but no one has replied... Resolve it asap.

I used "the professional courier" services first time and will make sure that this will be mine last dealing with them.
My courier was reached at faridabad on 18th may and i was asked by the centre to wait for another 4-5days to get it delivered at my address, which will make the total transit of more than 10days.
I have never seen such kind of pathetic courier services.

Has to send the copy of my property papers to badlapur from your courier outlet at shop no 8, shrishti bldg, powai, mumbai 400072. I gave the papers on 11.05.19(sat) and they said it will get delivered on 13.05.19(mon). I taught it got delivered, bt it came to my notice that the courier has still not received . I called the your provider on 15.5.19(wed), they again assured of delivery on 17.5.19(friday).And now today is 19.5.19(sun). Still the courier has not been delivered. Pathetic service.

Courier is supposed to deliever in hyderabad, first time when its reached to lb nagar (Hyderabad), courier guys informed me that they doesn't have service to my address. Ininformed them that i will pick in 3 days as i am out of station.

Finally this is recieved in kolkatta. Please help me out as it has costly saree.

Yesterday[protected] there was a shipment which was about to deliver, please note it is a medicine package which was not available in bangalore hence ordered from tamilnadu pharmacy. My father is much dependent on that medicine. With these conditions the delivery agent (Mobile : [protected]) had come up with such a rude behavior and abusive language without any respect. We are living in 4th floor of an apartment and when he called me i was at my office and asked my mother to get it collected. I informed the delivery guy to wait for 5 minutes my mother has to come from 4th floor through stairs (As lift was under maintenance work). He argued with abusive local language and fought with me that he can not wait. I told him at least hand over it to the security as the medicine is important for us today. He dint listen to my words and disconnected the call and dint pick up my further call either. It was worst day for my dad with out medicine we rushed to hospital at night for an emergency. It is again more worst behavior when i called for hosur road professional courier office number [protected] to complaint and track the medicine box. It was again a total dirty behavior of the guy who picked the call. I told him about that delivery agent rude behavior and he was asking me to recruit some good person for them also as i said i wanna file a complaint against him and that delivery guy attitude he replied "i will see how you get your courier, i am not going to deliver the package anyways you want to complaint right? Do it..!" oh my god.. Such a threat after all we are paying to you for the shipment. I wanted to take legal action against those two persons

I have submitted my documents to deliver to chidamabaram on 9th may 2019. At that time they told me to deliver this consignment within 1-2 days. But still now in website its showing as out for delivery. Its suppose to deliver within 13th may 2019.

I went to enquire about the delivery status from one of the outlet located in beml layout, rr nagar, they behave rudely with me, they don't have minimum responsibility about their work. Finally they ordered me to go out of his office.

Please help me on this.

Professional courier, markapur, andhra pradesh, 523316, agents are very irresponsible, they doesnt deliver the goods to customer, they orders customer to receive the parcel at their office. Customer s are suffered about their behaviour, sender's don't know about the issue and sending the goods, please rectify the problem. Agents always call to buyer number and ask them to collect their good from office, who always go and collect their items, it is agents responsibility to deliver the goods at customer address.

Description of incident:
I have one shipment with professional couriers (Tracking number - ixu26595) from aurangabad to navi mumbai (Airoli, digha naka). The consignment was reached to airloli office on 9th may 2019. Till today (13th may 2019) the delivery was not given by airoli office. When i inquired for the same, two associates of airoli office (Mr. Pravin bagave & varsha chavan) argued with me & instead of supporting me to avail the courier, mr. Pravin suggested me to do the complaint & he will not support me.
Resolution of complaint: as consignment was containing the important data, delay has caused the loss of money.

Compensation: compensation of rupees 5 lac should be claimed from professional courier, airoli branch.

My courier is not yet been delivered even it has reached to professional courier office on 18th april. It is showing out for delivery but not yet received. I called many times and got to know that courier is lost and they are not able to deliver it. I asked to refund my money but they keep on giving no response.

I request the complaint department to take corrective actions and refund my money. If i do not receive any response/refund from you, it would lead me to take legal action against professional courier.

It is a matter of threatning which is a crime. Matter is that today on 11-5-19 one courier man delivered courier to me ( through professional courier from kundli) in Omex city. Which had been came from Chennai Tiruputur. This man no is [protected]. He talked with me very roughly and he fought with me unnecessarily. Our security guard told to me this man scolding to me in local language with bad words. He used abused words and threatened also. He said he will see to me soon and result shall be disastrous so it is therefore I am going to complaint in police against him. Sir ji, I would like to inform to you that I having twins only seven months old so I could not talk more that fellow and couldn't argued. So for that I want you take action against him at your end. Otherwise this type Roudy and arrogant person can harm any time.

Warning : use their services only if you risk to get your items stolen..!!!
We had shipped a total of 6 silk sarees from their bangalore office in mission road to pattukottai via blr[protected] dated 06th may, the package was received on 07th may at pattukottai in a damaged condition (Someone had cut open the package in transit, stolen a saree & taped again) and 1 silk saree is missing.
We immediately raised a complaint on their web portal as well us over the phone & email, but looks like the staff are well aware of all these incidents & do not give any importance to the complaints nor bother to get back with any updates.
We were asked to contact several people in bangalore, thanjavur & chennai.. But none respond.
Better to ship your valuables through other courier vendors rather than getting them stolen.
