This is regarding courier with way no. Vpl[protected]. The courier is out of delivery for approximately 9 days and has been not been delivered yet. Forget delivering, i have not been contacted regarding any prospective delivery.
On calling the meerut city office, i got to know that the courier has gone to the different locality which is far from my locality.
But, since than no action has been taken and now they have stopped picking...

This is the fourth time in last 18 months that malad branch employees return the courier back to the sender writing no address found.
In last year my cheque book from idbi bank was return to the bank for three times in a year. Now there was an courier from hdfc ergo the person is calling me that come and collect the courier from branch.
We are able to receive the services from other courier services on the same address...

Recently i have to receive cheque through your services so i tracked it was showing received mahabubnagar
So i contacted professional service of mahabubnagar
One lady spoke me out irrespectful to me
Again she cut call and kept the line busy
It was very reckless
I immediately need explanation regarding this issue

Courier no knr1151804 dispatched from kerela on 10th has still not reached goa a mail was droped on [protected]@tcpindia.com regarding the same and i have received no reply, the tracking is showing dispatched to salem and goa at the same time. I the supplier has forwarded me the picture of the consignment showing the correct address and phone no on the parcel....

Hi have sent the parcel from delhi to imphal with tracking number del[protected].. Since 9th april the product is with guwahati office and they have not updated the system. After multiple mails they replied that they have send to imphal on 13th april but till date we have not yet received the package. We went to imphal office and they said they dnt have it. Now i'm sure it's with guwahati office. Someone please take action i'll be very thankful.....

For your kind information i had bad experience with the courier boy i. E [protected], speaking very roundly, like giving spot name and asking customer to come and take the parcel.

As the world mean courier is delivery the parcel to the customer door step.

But here the courier guys behavior is like doing fever on customer by delivering the parcel to him.

Delayed in deliver the goods and poor response, no delivery on time, very poor responcse, 3 days delivery not yet delivered, they dont know the value of time and goods.
Vif we ask for the delivery, they told us to come and collect the goods,
Its very difficult to collect, even we already paid for door delivery.
I need immediate action for the above complaint...

My newly made pan card was despatched for delivery by nsdl on 31 march 2019. Air way bill no for that was vpl[protected]. Expected date of delivery was 10/4/19. When i tracked the status of despatched card it is showing that card is delivered by dil shad garden branch professional courier. When i enquired the branch to whom they have delivered the pan card they are not giving the satisctory reply. Card is not delivered to me yet it is missing....

My tracking number is maa[protected]. The tracking result shows it is delivered on 4th april 2019. However, it is not delivered to me so far till 12th april 2019. I called the kundalahalli, bangalore professional courier office 20 times and the customer care more than 20 times. No body responds and care about the customer. Still the item is missing?
The item couriered is missing now and shall i give a complaint in consumer court against...

My parcel which was dispatched from mumbai-vile parle to howrah is not yet delivered. It was booked on 6th april. And the parcel reached kolkata hub and now the status is showing holding from 8th april. The tracking number is vpl[protected].. Please do something.. The parcel was very urgent. I don't know why the company is not delivering the consignment and is just holding it from 3days. And no one is picking up the phone in howrah...

I have sent a official courier on 27th March to nellore, received nellore, ap professional courier center on March 28th.. Till it is not delivered, I have spoken with nellore center no one responding they taken my number to call back nothing is there.

I sent a parcel which contained two sets of official letters on 05.04.2019 at mannargudi to tamil university, thanjavur. It hasn't been delivered yet. While contacting the courier of thanjavur, they gave me the phone number of mr. Kumar, who was supposed to deliver my parcel. He talked rudely to me. And it's been 6 days since i sent that parcel. But the destination is just 40 kms long from mannargudi....

I made a service from @kallakuruchi to @chennai, the courier box contains a moblie phone, a charger, a buyer's bill from quikr, the courier was sent by my brother in a professionally packed way. And when it comes to delivery i had a doubt in the weight of the box. Since i opened it and found that my mobile phone is not there inside. I gave a complaint but the manager of the particular office mr....

My parcel was to be send from kanpur to banglore by 6th of april 2019. On tracking the parcel i had found that it has been dilevered in cochin. I needed the parcel by 10th of april urgently. I had the worst experience in this courier service there are no people to listen you missing parcel request. They know its there fault still there are no people who can help. Worst courier service ever seen. All the employs are so rude to talk....

I am alvin. My courier number is:2104531 was sent from nagercoil to trichy on 04/04/2019. The receiver got the courier 05/04/2019 and a mobile phone alone is missing from the courier package.
Someone has opened the courier from the bottom and has stolen the mobile phone alone. The tape which i put is replaced by another light colored tape in the bottom of the package.
I have attached photo proofs of that changes...

Hi, i did not receive my parcel still for almost 4 days but it shows it is delivered on april 2nd itself. They should check for the receivers name and identity before they deliver. They have not delivered it in my apartment anywhere and i even checked the cctv footage for reference. I am not finding any delivery person form tpc delivering any package on april 2 as per their website. I need it immediately....

I am calling professional courier land line numbers not receive 8 to 10 time and taking and receiving call then language not good and delivery boy number always rong 2 times and every time rong this delivers not good i am so embarrassed this professional courier service so bad services so pls improve professional courier service customers are face bad services....

My consignment was sent on 14th march till now didn't deliverd the parcel as it contain medicines of some serious patient. The professional courier of guwahati are unable to deliver inspite of making them understand my problem. As i am an working woman i cant go on my office hours and why should i go as the courier always comes to the destination thats why they charge... Right?
This courier service sucks!!!...
