I went to one of your outlet of professional courier powai at powai plaza and there as soon as i asked him to take my parcel which i wanted to send to pune, in one first approach he started in complaining tone that this is not our risk. This is totally your risk and etc. I was amazed that he didn't ask me what is in it? Where it to parcel in pune? Nothing... He just started to talk about my own risk and all. I got irritated by his approach and i left the shop without going further for the curier process. And this was done by one of the man in the staff over there, not by the main owner or incharge of the shop. Please note this. But he didn't even interfered where he should actually and ask his staff to be polite, but unfortunately he didn't. But all i want to say very bad service and very bad approach towards customers. Please don't spoil your name because of these kind of some people.

    I am a resident of bangalore and live in an apartment. This incident occurred on the 1st of june. A courier delivery boy called me and mentioned that he has a package to be delivered to my address and will drop the parcel at the security gate. I requested him to hand it over to my apartment as my parents are old. He was arrogant and responded that if i wanted my package, i had to pick it up from the security gate else it was my problem.

    I spoke to his manager. He was no better and had a similar attitude.
    Names of the people involved were:
    Courier delivery boy: manu ([protected])
    Courier delivery hub manager: mr. Manjunath ([protected])

    The attitude of these people was so bad that the so called manager claimed that he is the supreme authority and he does not have anybody to report to. If we had any grievance we had to talk to him only.

    Do we pay the courier charges for this sort of service and attitude? Does their responsibility end with dropping the package where ever they find it convenient? Who will be responsible if we end up losing our merchandise?

      I gave the courier for delivery to ahmedabad office however the courier not reached till the aforesaid date. On inquiry the guy at ahmedabad office told that once the courier is dispatched from his office he hold no responsibility for the same and contact at mumbai office. I mean how he hold no responsibility when the consignment invoice is given by him.

      On inquiry at mumbai office he told that "sir woh delivery boy ki tabiyaat kharab ho gayi thi n issiliye courier deliver nahi hua". I mean no courier delivered since then. When asked what about today on that he told "sir light aati hai phir batata hoon". I am really worried about these guys service.

      Updated information is courier not yet delivered.

        Product has been booked from bengaluru on 24-may-2018 and reached to kukatpally hyderabad on 29-may and when i called there on 30-may, they were saying they will deliver on 31-may and that too not in my location. Again when i called them, i will come and pick up, they send back to balanagar branch which is far from my address.
        If they are not delivering on the mentioned address then why they are taking a product for delivery. They should deny at the time of taking the order.

        Now i have to deliver to my client which is crucial for their business, please take a legal action on them.

          This was a return order parcel to seller which i had purchased from amazon.

          On 14/05/2018 parcel was given to professional courier office in mira road.
          On 15/05/2018 parcel was dispatched from mira road mumbai to delhi,
          And on 17th may 2018 received in delhi,
          On 18th they despatched it to mumbai.

          After 10 days when my parcel not delivered yet, on 24th seller contacted me so i called courier office.
          At that time they told me we dont have service in area address mentioned on your parcel, it had came back, come and collect your parcel.
          No body called me to inform if they were not able to deliver my parcel.
          If they dont have service in address i mentioned wht did they accepted it, its common senses.

          In tracking they mention false comments, they thav mentioned 'door locked' on 26th may for parcel return, when i was at home whole day as it was saturday. And received other delivery orders.

          In evening when i visited their office they handed me parcel in very bad condition.
          When i checked that my parcel is totally damaged.
          They damaged my parcel in transit and then returned it to origin office.

          No body call between 11 days about my parcel till i contacted them they just damaged, i want my product value and delivery charges back.

Urgent document we confirmed and send through ur courier office copy shop arumanai kanyakumari district 22nd may'18 submitted document and he confirmed tirunelveli district will reach 23rd not delivered ur team called and informed it will deliver 24th at 2:00pm not delivered we ask he confirmed come and collect from our office. Is the delivery performance from ur service. We frustrated and went copy shop arumanai contact no. [protected] check with them they answered u call directly we are not responsible we are the service centre and arrogantly replied we dont want to answer ur question where ever u want u complaint eventhough not consider for ladies is asking i felt unhappy for ur service, and very harshly replied ur service centre. Pls take action on it and reply my shipment status my friend was travelling on night to dubai how i get the document. Iam staying in dubai.
            Its ur team wrong commitment and not delivered now u dont delivered the same location my friend already left u deliver directly to dubai.

                  We shipped a parcel of machinery parts with original invoice and copy of e-way bill (Part - a filled) on 29.04.2018 vide receipt no. Bnr1002465 through your bhavnagar office. Mr. Bunwar singh ([protected]) the shipment being very urgent we paid inr1400 to professional courier.

                  Since last 20 days we are tired following mr. Bunwar singh ([protected], [protected], [protected] bhavnagar), mr. Unni nair ([protected]) and rangaswamy - [protected] (Bangaluru) but none of them pickup call or give any information on this shipment. We don't expect such a unprofessional behavior from educated peoples like them. They don't pick-up the call, don't respond. I need to know were the shipment is??? Why the shipment is not being delivered???

                  Sometime they say that the courier parcel is with gst officer. We gave original invoice eway bill part a complete with the parcel. Part-b is the responsibility of courier company. Now they are asking for money to release parcel from gst officer. This is a way extort money.

                  We hereby request you to kindly do the needful.

                  Every businessmen are required not to use their services or you may loose your parcel and important shipment.

                    I got a call today from Professional service office @ Payyannur, That you have a courier please come and collect it, But i ask them can you please deliver it but they are told me we cant deliver it, If you want the parcel then you have to come and collect it, Though the radious between professional courier office and my home is with in 2 km range and in the same city they are doing this kind of service and this is not the first time, Previously i had received so many couriers and i went and collected.

                    And they dont even want to hear what i talking and they are told, You can call your source station that you did not received the courier...Is it the way service sector people has to behave.

                        I booked 2 consignments on 18/05/2018 at l. B. Nagar branch, hyderabad at around 2.30 pm to chennapatna (60km's from bangalore). I was informed by the desk employee that parcels will be delivered the next day i. E; 19/05/2018 by 5.00pm, after checking the delivery station pincode.
                        Only after confirming the delivery time, i booked them under pro premium service, which costed me rs.610 per parcel. One consignment contained food and the other one had clothes.

                        Both did not reach on time. One reached on monday morning i. E; 21/05/2018 and other on 22/05/2018, while both were supposed to reach on 19/05/2018 and both were addressed to the same address. That's the irony.
                        Upon that none of the staff members were able to trace the consignment for a long time. Adding to that they coud not get me the information in time. First the parcels were not delivered on time and i had to go through the mental trauma the entire period, making calls, getting updates and calling my people to confirm the delivery status and condition of the consignment.

                        For all the above stated reasons, i demand full refund for both the consignments.
                        I would also like to bring to your notice that behavior of your staff was very rude, especially mr. Hari from secunderabad branch and mr. Nadeem from l. B. Nagar branch. I am very much upset and disappointed with your service.

                        Please look in to it and revert to me at the earliest. I even posted a complaint in your feed back, but till now no response."

                        Consignment. No. Pro7026535 worst courier service. Poor service, inefficient and rude employees. Charged 3 times the normal tariff for next day delivery and delivered it 3 days later. 2 parcels were booked for same address, one was delivered one day and another was delivered the next day. Shameful service. And they could not even trace out the consignment. And they are denying the compensation. All the features mentioned under pro premium service in the professional couriers website seems so funny and total nonsense. Utter failure on behalf of the company and still they are defending themselves.

                              Our courier reached the local office byatarayanapura (2 kms from our home) on 10th of may and the item was not delivered till 15th today, when checked the website and called, the executive named philip [protected] spoke very rudely with my wife telling he will deliver when ever he wants and go and complain anywhere and nothing will happen.. Atleast professional courier should stop employing goons or at least train how to behave with women. Kindly take action.. I dont mind poor service but cant accept rude behavior against women,

                                  My friend had dispatched a parcel from Madurai on 9th of May to destination Bangalore Sahakaranagar. And according to the track details it has reached Bangalore from Madurai on 10th of May Byatrayanapuraa on 10May. There's a 2 km of distance from Byatrayanapura to Sahakaranagar but the parcel not delivered yet. it's 14 May and still not received when called the concerned person he is responding arrogantly.

                                    I sent an article from professional courier pickup point at v naginhalli, bangalore on april 27, 2018 (Bill no blr[protected] to hublie with the correct address and contact number. Till date the sent article is neither reached the destintion nor status is tracked throuh the professional courier webiste.
                                    Bangalore courier office people are stating that we have already despatched it to hubli, where as the latter are stating that the packet has not come to the destination branch.
                                    Even after repeated calls to the bangalore (Hebbal) courier office, no response is available. Hebbal professional courier office manager mr suresh said, "give us a written complaint we will enquire about it."
                                    It is not the question of escation, but i need the status of my packet. It is not for the first time, it is happening with the items booked through hebbal branch happening.in the past two months, six times it happened. One item was sent to hyderbad, even without contacting the person or reaching his address, the letter was returned to me stating that persona was not responding or the wrong address. When i shouted at them, the recollected it and delivered. Another letter was sent to karimnagar in ap, the status was continiously shown "door locked" even without visiting. Some medicines were to sent to a person in vijaywada and there were delivered for two weeks.

                                    These incidents are proving that the professional courer staff is:
                                    1. Least bothered to deliver the sent items
                                    2. At times, they are throwing / dumping the sent items
                                    3. Not at all givig the correct tracking status
                                    4. Washng off their hands while resorting to the blame gam.

                                    Now i want to know the status of the the packet (Bill no blr[protected] sent on april 27, 2018 to hubli.

                                      I have booked courier in your organization on 7th may 2018 to my native (Food items) till now it is not delivered. I enquired with delivery office (Kumbakonam) and raised complaint to customer care (No.395170), so far no action.

                                      For this i could send ordinary parcel in postal this could have been delivered on time.

                                      This is frustated me. Hereafter i will not go with your courier
