Respected sir /ma'am,

I (Kathirvelan a.) resident from pollachi supposed to receive the courier sent by my client who is a resident from thanjavur on[protected], they have sent me bill details with cod. Due to inconvenience and unavailability on the delivery day, i was outside, so the delivery guy returned back the courier. When i asked the courier office, they said me to ask the sender, when i asked them. They said they sent already with clear info. When i contact the courier service manager, he said package must have been missing and he asked me to inquire there and here. I tried all my best as he said and i am so fed up with the information i get over your service negligence and later on i come to know that they missed my courier package. Now, i am totally fed up and got mentally depressed with the way the answer is been to me on this courier issue. I want the courier to be delivered to my address or else i want the professional courier team to take a legitimate action to resolve this issue asap. I have also lodged the complaint here but there is no response from your side either. I hope this issue to be considered serious and make a responsible action and answer to me as earlier as possible. If not then i need to go to consumer complaint. Thank you in advance.

    From palakkad I yet to receive a courier(photo album). I am from Kunnathur here they have branch of professional courier which is 7kmm from my house, courier will be received by gobichettypalayam office, which around 20 km from Kunnathur courier. Parcel has been sent from palakkad on 26 Feb 2018, and its received by Gobi office yesterday night and today 28 Feb 2018 the Kunnathur courier person booked my parcel for delivery but he didn't pick up my parcel because he doesn't have space in his vechile it seems, so I donno whether they planned to delivery it tomorrow or they will left it till I should reach Gobi to get it. Even they didn't informed me that I got a parcel, after I called them they told me this. It is very urgent parcel which I delivery it to my customer today by 2pm. I informed gobichettypalayam branch people to delivery it before 1pm, but they till now havent informed me anything. Its happening to me second time... I have not expected such a worst service from a esteemed concern like professional courier... Please I request concern head office, I think it should be erode head office.

    On 23 feb 2018 i made a courier to sagar ref no:SMG7124724. but till today 27.2.2018 the parcel not reach its destination. Professional courier service in Sagar Shimoga district. Karnataka is very poor service. And the staff are very arrogantly answered. So please stop service at sagar.577401.
    The courier will be delivery with near 20 km but they are delaying 3 or 4 days they are telling 3 or 4 days it will be deliver in your area if you want come and take it the courier so its to work courier

    I dispatch saree from Kolkata to Gannavaram on 12th Feb 2018 till now not received but courier staff is not responding properly saying raise a complaint by manufacturer of saree who dispatched but facing a lot of issue pls try to deliver my parcel r refund money
    Tambaram branch not giving correct response to customer and 6:30 pm onwards they will not getting Couriers and telling to give your courier to opposite petty shop and getting more 30 rs and getting commission from that shop so please dismandle ur board and fit your board on that petty shop, it will damage ur standards

      We have given some documents to "the professional couriers" office at bidar on[protected]. Delivery address is bangalore.
      Its almost a week now but we have not received the courier.
      We tracked the courier through customer care. Bangalore office people is telling that we have only one courier that to your address so we cant send person just to deliver one courier so wait.

      Is there any rule such that.

          We are dealing with professional courier for the past 15 years for our business purpose. We are now facing some problems with delivery at door step. The delivery boy called us today and told us to collect the courier from his office as we requested him to remove his footwear when entering our indoor premises on his last visits. He is saying either tell our sender to send it via some other courier service or collect it from his office at mannanthala - trivandrum. Please take necessary action to fulfill door step delivery or let us know if we need to change our current dealings with your courier service

            My name is ashish and i have booked this order from your reputed company with the consignment number srt[protected] my postal address is very much in local approach and is in the middle of the city,
            Unfortunately i got a call from [protected], saying that we can not deliver the package as it is not in our range and if you need it then collect it from our rajpur chungi, agra branch office,
            I fired on him saying that how the hell the company booked it if its not in the range i will do a complaint,
            He disconnected the call extemly unprofessionally,
            I needed that courier on an urgent basis so i called him back and the very next second somebody else picked up the call, i requested them to connect me to the same guy, they connected,
            I asked him back why he disconnected the call, he replied you said you will file complaints against me, now go do complaint, i will see how your package gets delivered,

            I am extremly shocked and astonised with the behaviour of your staff,
            Please let them know and train how to speak to your customers and take immidiate strict action agaist such staff members,

              One of freind send a very important courier with pod - nvs92134 from navasari (Gujrat) on 8th feb 2018. The same courier still not received at baddi (Himachal pradesh)

              As per online tracking the same courier is reached at chandigarh on 10th feb
              But due to your very poor services same is not delivered at baddi which is around 40 away from chandigarh

              No one is picking phone at your 24×7 call center number [protected] after trying several times

                A courier with some important document was sent through "the professional couriers" on 14th february 2018 from bangalore to ahmedabad. To & from address with mobile numbers are clearly written on the document. It was dispatched from bangalore to ahmedabad on the same day & it has reached ahmedabad on 15th february 2018. We were waiting for the confirmation from the recipient after successful delivery of the document. However, it never reached the recipient. Today (17th february 2018) morning we started tracking the document & came to know that the document has returned from ahmedabad to bangalore. However, there is no reason mentioned for return. We tried calling to the customer contact number received from the internet. They have given bangalore office number ([protected]) to check on the same. If fact they also failed to let us know the reason of return and shared ahmedabad office contact number ([protected]) to check on the reason for return. Initially they didn't pick up the call, later somebody called from another number ([protected]) as they didn't received pick up the call earlier. We have raised our concern & he asked us the document number & the recipient address. I have shared the same via sms, as asked by the person. He never contact us after checking & in the evening we called back in the same number ([protected]). The person was very rude & he just said "any queries, contact bangalore office". We again called the bangalore customer contact number ([protected]) & they are asking us to check with the ahmedabad office. Now we don't know what they are going to do with our document as it has not reached us yet (Till 5:30pm, 17th feb 2018). The receipt with document number & tracking snapshot is attached here for reference.

                  missing package, false delivery update and unprofessional customer care

                  I had sent a parcel weighing 4 Kgs from Bangalore to Pune on the 19th of December 2017. The consignment number is BLR[protected]. It should have reached within 3 days. One month later despite repeated complaints and numerous phone calls I was told casually that the entire lot sent out on the 19th of December from Bangalore was missing.                   I had sent a parcel from bengaluru, jayanagar 9th block, to smt muttu kundapura on 05/02/2018 under consignment no. Hrd31637559. The parcel was containing very important documents. The booking clerk at your bengaluru office has promised that the said parcel will be delivered on[protected] positively. Hence the courier was sent through you.

                  Even today also the parcel is not delivered. On inquiring at your bengaluru office, i am informed that the parcel has came back without being delivered due to incorrect address. But the address is of a govt. Hr. Pry school in kundapura local. Hence is statement can not be accepted.

                  Due to non delivery of the parcel in time and keeping me in dark of the information, a i have incurred a heavy loss.
                  I request you to look in to the matter for the loss that i have suffered.

                            We are from canara bank, gopalapuram branch.. Last few months the delivery person from professional courier, mr. Nassar is very rude nd shows lethargic behaviour towards his service.

                            His attitude is very poor and irritating that he is not even talking in polite manner, few of our staffs were also been affected by his attitude ie rude behaviour.

                            Kindly change the person mr. Nassar or advice him abt the service he has to render towards us..
                            This is highly unacceptable and we demand a proper reply from your side.

                            If no response is received from your side in another 2days..

                            Then, kindly treat we would quit your service (Professional courier) and move on to other courier service...

                            Need immediate attention.

                              The parcel weight was around 200grams to 250grams, i need to send this parcel to gujarat from sunkadakatte, bangalore. For this parcel they asked 150rs, when i argued with the rates, then they asked me to pay 100rs, after paying, they tore the original receipt from the bill book and then they wrote the amount on the original bill, why they're not writing the price when it is attached along with the carbon sheet. One of worst employees i've seen till now in that branch.

                                I booked parcel to bangalore from nagercoil, bill no. Ngl 6215109 on 30.01.2018. The same is lying at mahadevpura office from 01.02.218. I contacted nagercoil, bangalore & mahadevpura office. Mahadevpura staff didn't take phone from today morning to evening. The bangalore staff ph no. 22110646, assured to deliver by evening. But, phone is inactive from evening 6 o'clock. All other bangalore ph nos are also in active. Now 2042 hrs, the parcel is undelivered. I trusted your courier.                                     A parcel with consignment no hrd[protected] was sent from bangalore to dibrugarh on 16th jan 2018. The courier person has contacted me on 31st jan 2018 and informed me to collect it from there counter. When i told him to deliver it to the mentioned address then he told me that he wouldnot be able to deliver on same day. When i told him that it’s ok if they could deliver it within 2-3days. Then he told me that if i don’t collect it from their counter then he will return it by 2nd feb 2018. I requested him that there is no one at my home who could collect the parcel so kindly deliver it to the address he then replied in a rude way quoting that it’s none of his business and he will return it. If they couldnot deliver it to the address then why they have to pick the order. They are charging and not even delivering the parcel. Very unprofessional. Instead of returning it they could have deliver it to my address.

                                      This is manjunath from enolar power technologies pvt ltd from bangalore. I have ordered material to my supplier palghar industries mumbai. They sent the materials to courier thru professional courier on 27.01.18 and the tracker no. Kur [protected]. Most important on the parcel mentioned glass handle with care and most urgent. We have recd materials yesterday 31.01.18 around @ 5.45 pm, and after opened the parcel inside glass has damaged fully and find the attachments fyr.

                                      More over i have to submit the sample product to my customer by 02.02.18, if i submit and i ll get the order of rs.1.5 lakh value.
