I have booked a cover addressed to Mr. Arunagiri, LIC of India Pollachi on behalf of our staff Mr. L. Shanmugasamy on 13.06.19 around 7 pm at Koundampalayam branch and paid ₹200/- the only note I had.The gift shop owner next to your office can vouch for me, because she only gave me that ₹200/- from ₹ 500/- I paid for the gift I for ₹, 300/- purchased from her. But the booking clerk gave me four 10s only and I also left in a hurry. After 5 to 7 minutes I remembered that I didn't receive the balance ₹ 100/- and immediately rushed to your office. But they have refused to give and asked me to report to your head office today since I was out of station. I am a senior citizen retired from government service.
