The Professional Couriers — complaint about missing courier

I registered a envelope to be couriered to valsad, gujarat from vijaya bank layout, bangalore on 28/12/2018. But the courier is not reached yet and tracking info is not available. I am not getting proper response from customer care or from the person who couriered it.

Since the courier contains identity copies of my mother i am bit concern about it's misuse.
