The Professional Couriers — delay in order without reason.

The courier had already reached in santacruz (E)'s office on 10 th of october dispatched from satara on 9th oct. Even after 3 days the order was not delivered. On enquiring it was found that since there was no delivery boy available.
At least i should have been informed about it so that i would have picked it my self.
Service unsatisfactory. Always not on time
