[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — delaying the product and also not given proper service to me | |||
this is my waybill number KUR[protected]... i had ordered one product from shopclues...the product has taken too much time...now that product has come to mumbai on 4 th june 2015 at kurla...and today is my date of registering the complaint 08//06/2015...after 4 days the courier man has wake up...when yesterday on 7 june 2015...i had informed shopclues that my product has not get to me... today person has called me [protected] from this number...he had came at 5.00...when i was not there for some personal reason...i told him plz come tommrow...he told me that no u r product will return to original addres or u come to office... this tretment i had recived from him...after 4 days they come to my home and now they arguing with me... and even i had mailed to their seniors on this email id [protected]@tpcglobe.co.in, [protected]@tpcindia.com and i had called also on this number[protected] and also mobile number [protected] ... i had totally fedup from the service of proffesional... this was the link of my tracking number or waybill number http://www.tpcindia.com/Tracking2014.aspx?id=KUR[protected]&type=0&servi...⇄ Was this information helpful? | |||
