I have sent 3.4 kg parcel which contained lenovo laptop and accessories like laptop charger, laptop power chord, hard disk drive external 500 GB and HDD cable from Bangalore to Adoni.

Couriers : The Professional Couriers,
Opp Brookefield mall, Brookefield
Bangalore 560066.
Consignment number : BLR[protected]
Consignment sent date : 9th July 2018
Consignment received date : 13th July 2018

Upon receiving the parcel, we found 500 GB external HDD was missing inside the parcel box. Some one has teared the box and took the item inside it. It costs 3500 rupees.

Please advice how and where to book a complaint on this.
