The Professional Couriers — Important Document has returned on the same day it reached destination

Hi, I am having hard time dealing with this courier as they returned my package on the same day it reached my city and they are not answering my question. Tracking No : BLR[protected] I have been tracking this product from 26th Aug when it was despatched from Bangalore and it reached Bhubaneswar on 28th. On the same day it returned to Bangalore without any reason. Now i am following with them over mail but no satisfactory answer so far. This document is very urgent and it was supposed to submitted in the bank this month but i missed the dead line because of their unprofessional work.

After a long follow up today I asked my friend to collect it from Bangalore courier center and they gave it to them and mark the status as delivered. It was issued by LICHFL from bangalore and supposed to be delivered at bhubaneswar but my friend collected it from bangalore at last. Nobody ll understand the pain i have gone through in these few days because of these people.
