The Professional Couriers — item not delivered even after 24 hours of its arrival at jamkhandi

One item was booked from bengaluru to jamkhandi to vide no. Blr[protected] on 12/12/2018. It reached jamkhandi on 13/12/2018 at 02:22 pm. As it was urgently needed i requested them to deliver the item on 13/12/2018, however they didn't do so and kept me in dark telling that it would be delivered on 13/12/2018. I called at least 10 times but of no account.
