The Professional Couriers — lack of responsibility; never delivers parcels asks us to collect from main office always;

01/aug/2019. I have got a parcel to be delivered to my address and they simply blindly say that the address is not deliverable or servicable. Collect from office which is very far in the outskirts of the city. What is the purpose of courier then i would rather go another 30 minutes and collect directly from the sender.
Looks like google review also says the same that they never deliver parcel and always ask customer to collect. Utter poor service.
