The Professional Couriers — Medicines (Essential Services) not delivered | |||
With heavy regret i am raising this complaint. Myself (Sandeep K M) is detected Covid19 positive on 15th April. I stay alone here at Bangalore. Since i am unable to move out, as per advice from My doctor in Kerala, they have couriered Medicines through Professional Couriers (The professional Couriers, Ariprathodika Bldg, Ooty Road, Wandoor - 679328 Malappuram, Kerala [protected] :- POD No: 20156287, 17th April, 2021 ) The sad part is this the number given in the Slip is incorrect itself, then how will customers contact the office, also while we tried putting the POD in website, it is showing invalid. After continuous follow-up by various sources ( Source1: Mbl:[protected]) we came to know the consignment had reached Bangalore office on 20th April. I tried calling the numbers published in website - [protected]/43/44 but all these numbers are incorrect. So, are this courier providing fake numbers in acknowledgement receipts and websites to cheat customers? Also, after much of difficulty i got a contact person M/s Smitha [protected] and they told they will speedy the process and deliver the medicines on 22nd April. Yesterday (23rd April) i got a call from [protected](Prasannakumar) and she was rude and told me they have came here but security didn't accepted the medicine and so ( but i called security and they told no one came, that she was also not able to tell me the exact justification for her FAKE statement. She told their staffs are not having Official tag so police not allowing and all childish reasons, do we customers arrange tags for professional couriers? After much of debate, she agreed to deliver the medicine yesterday (23rd April) latest by 6:30 PM. Today (24th April) till now i have not received the Covid19 critical medicines. If anything happens to me due to this the whole responsibility will me M/S Professional Couriers. Till 23rd April, No-one have informed me that the medicine is reached the office, and they are simply telling about Curfew on Saturday (24th April) and all nonsense reasons.
