The consignment was sent on[protected] vide airway bill no. Vpl[protected] to patna. The tracking system shows delivered on[protected], whereas the consignee has not received the consignment. On asking for the drs scan copy from patna office of professional couriers, there is no response.in fact the employees are rude and irresponsible. Even the customer care team has not responded to the email. As the document sent is an original registered document, in case of any deficiency, a police complaint shall be filed against the courier company. This shows their professional attitude!
