Tracking no, - vpl[protected] consignee:- birendra narayan singh parcel weight :- 6kg, vill;- mani post:- phulpur dist.:- varanasi, 221001 courier mumbai to varanasi, on date 11/05/2018, parcel dispatched from mumbai to delhi, and date of 13th may 2018 received in delhi, after 5 days when my parcel not rcvd yet, so i visit the virar office, they raise a complaint on date 16/05/2018, after two days again i visit the virar office, then they told me that your parcel has damaged, and what to do, i told them that please dispatch my parcel from delhi to varanasi, they contact their delhi office to dispatch to varanasi, after 3 days when i visit the virar office they again told me your parcel has damaged badly, we can't dispatch or return back, my point is no body call between 7 days about my parcel till damaging, and they said do what you can do, i want my product value and delivery charges back (1000+600) rs.
