Name : sandhya muralidhara, (Ph : [protected]), Address : #2502, 14th main, devrajurs road, kumaraswamy layout, bangalore – 560078, Still customer not received, bangalore courier office person told u r parcel missng, My parcel value : rs – 2000+90 (Courier charge) total : 2090 Already i complaint in wedsite no: crm179089 not responce in both bgl courier office and customer executive, Still not response in booking office and madurai head office (Name : taj)... Our parcel has not reached the customer, Its gone missing in between 2 warehouse of Professional courier. No one responding in Professional couriers. I lot 2000 worth of goods + Customer & also packing & courier charges. In the tracker aswell Doc number is showing as blank. Please refund my loss.
