Vide above referred Courier docket number, your delivery executive did not bother to deliver the Courier to me or my family members, simply thrown the cover at the ground floor portico of my house, although in the address '1st Floor' is clearly mentioned. This Courier cover also had the note 'Private and Confidential'. I seriously object and call for action in this regard immediately.
