[Resolved] The Professional Couriers — Product not being delivered to location

The product was booked from Trivandrum (Kerala) to Kodakara (to my office) on 8/01/2021. The location and the pin code was clearly mentioned. But they are not willing to deliver the product stating they dont have service in this area. Why has the product being taken at the first place if there was no service. The persons called are from Chalakudy office. I dont know how it ended up there when my location is Kodakara. They are not willing to solve the issue but they are like, if you cant take then leave it here. Please instruct to deliver the product to the location. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Jan 11, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I went and collected from the office. No other resolution was received. The Professional Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
