The Professional Couriers — product ordered from amazon

My package was ordered from amazon on 14/12/2018. The seller is from jaipur and delivery destination is bangalore. It has been more than 10 days and your tracking site has no update as to where my package is. The last update is dated 15/12/2018. Why is it taking such a long time? Even a bus travelling from jaipur to bangalore does not take 10 days to commute. I'm seroiusly frustrated and will not recommend this to anyone. You guys should change your names to unprofessional couriers. It's not the first time i have had this kind of issue. I will be cancelling my future orders if amazon chooses this courier to deliver my orders!

I had send letters to "Office of Hon'ble Prime Minister, South Block, Raisin Hill, NEW DELHI" on[protected]. But till today, POD is not available. I need urgently my POD. So pls. arrange me to get my POD immediately. It is too late. Already 1.5 month is over.
