The Professional Couriers — unhappy over the poor and delayed worst service | |||||
My order is very delayed for my sons birthday, on 19/09/2018, which i had booked through amazon india, by tracking it was expected on 19/09/2018. But today is 22/09/2018, 9.00 pm, till now no news about my parcel. And the online tracking is struck from 17/09/2018 onwards in midanapur for unknown reason. When called the courier office each time new person will attend the call, and i have to waste my time simply narrating the whole story, finally to say we don't know. One time a person picked up my call and also told me that, he has got my parcel, and asked me to come to his office which is 30 km away from my residence, which you say not advisable. Very arrogant elusive reply and response from the midanapur professional courier service. Requesting you to cancel the contract to them. And finally help me in tracking my order.
