[Resolved]  The Professional Couriers — Wrong Post Delivered to the Receiver

Hello Sir, Tracking Number: PRO764840. The post consist of documents which has to be submitted urgently, so it was a speed post made from Dombivili West Mumbai on 27-11-13 and on 29-11-13 a wrong post has been delivered by them to the receiver. An Ahmedabad Addressed post has reached Gurgaon, Haryana. I have been fed up by the Courier Service. I am attaching the photos of the receipt and the photo of the site tracking showing delivered and the photo of the received document by the receiver. Please help me get my document as soon as possible. I am worried to hell about it. Its very urgent. please do help me get out of this situation. I have tried contacting the professional courier contact numbers none are receiving my calls. I have mailed all the email ids shown on the site and no response till now. How can such a big courier company misplace a Ahmedabad post to Gurgaon and on top it the tracking number is wrong on the delivered post also when it is clearly written on it. Please help me.
