I have a call from a girl who is calling from the resume search for home job work . I agreed bcoz I don't have the money so they said u have to sign a agreement bcoz u will get a payment when u will complete the work . But they told me u have to complete that work in 7 days . So I asked if I dont have accuracy 90 percent then they said it will be failed nothing else as I have recording also of that conversation . Now on 11th of January 2021 I completed the job and submitted . After that when I call on 18 January their lawyer called and said u dont have accuracy and under section 72 u have to pay the amount 5500 + gst . I said u never told me for the amount to be given after complete the job . Now when I checked the QC REPORT they sent I checked the resume where in 72 entries 50 entries are absolutely right . But they giving pressure for depositing the money and giving threathing msg like legal activities. Sir as u know the person who wants the job is always curious to do . But these people who chose my time of people's to do a fraud and play with their emotions, please help me out from this situation because they r athreathing openly .
