The Resume Search — Traps the freelancer under so called accuracy terms

I took project of 600 CV data entry and completed it within their timeline of 7 days with all accuracy. The work is very difficult and took 80 hrs of mine. After submitting they marked 75 resumes incorrect for extra information in address line. Even if we consider their so called rule, out of 75, 8 resumes still were correct. Now the customer care person asks me to pay portal charges. Their query team and customer care are not able to satisfy questions and provides non sense answers. So we work hard, we give them work done, and we only should pay them. There is nowhere written in agreement that, one field is incorrect then whole form is incorrect. Its a complete trap set to get their work done free of cost and secondly extracting money from freelancers under the name of terms.
