My Name is Arpit Nema and I belong to Madhya Pradesh district Burhanpur. On 12th Dec 2020 I had come to contact of Resume search (Surat, Gujrat) portal via LinkedIn website, they were offering work from home in which they are offering 600 resume filling in 7 days including weekdays also and they offer a payment of Rs18000/- (Rs30 per resume). Resumes were 5-6 pages long and they demanded my aadhar card, my resume and my e-mail address. After this they sent me a login id and password and command me that press the next button for 7-8 times and put your signature on it, early I don’t know what is that but later I get to know that it was an agreement ( A smart contract type). It is issued in the name Government of Gujrat. I started my work but as the time passes they start abusing me and giving threating me about legal case. On 19th Dec 2020 they called me and start giving me legal threat that they will file a complaint against me as I had not completed the work on time and also I had to pay portal charges of Rs5500 + 18% GST. On till 22nd Dec they were giving me threat and later on that evening their legal team start giving me threat through email and contact through. They had sent me a Invoice of paying portal charge and 2 mails. They said me that till 6pm you have to pay the amount otherwise we are going to take legal action through sec 72 of Indian Contract Act 1872. By fear of law and complain I had pay Rs6500 and send them screenshot of payment . Later they said that we received your payment and we are cancelling your contract and giving you NOC. But they denied after that. Again they were demanding a amount of Rs3000 for full closer of contract. And start abusing me and start harassment, mental torture, blackmailing for money.
