The Royal Couture — complaint regarding not responding to query about refund. | |||||
I had purchase one women's blue & beige rayon printed designer semi-stitched kurti from the royal couture online site (7square, b-26, 4th floor, sai embro, near srusti row house sayan road amroli surat gj 394107) but they sent wrong product to me. I had called a phone number which was given on the bill which shows always switched off. And after that i track one number and had called them to refund and return the parcel. One person ravi shanker said me to whats app the material you received then we will give you the refund. I done all things which he said to me to do (Enclosed here with the whatapp chat).
