Hi,

I have ordered a top worth 880 rs from site https://theroyalcouture.com/ but i received a wrong product.

To raise return request there is no RETURN Option in site . They provided only mail id and contact number

No one is responding to mails and phone is not connecting. I saw few post later, many of the customers got wrong product and are not able to replace the product with correct one or not able to get their amount refund

Could you please suggest how can i get my money back
