I am senior citizen and regular subscriber of Telegraph News paper. To renew my subscription, I sent a cheque for Rs 630.oo on 27.3.2015. Chq no 826279 of Vijaya Bank was handedover to the vendor. It is already debited from my A/c and also I received confirmation from your office. I also got an SMS stating that my subscription will start from 16th May and the coupons will be delivered to me by 7th June .But, till today, I have not received the same. When contacted your office, they are unable to help me. Will you please look into the matter and do the needful. My MOB No is [protected].
