[Resolved]  The Telegraph — NON RECEIVAL OF PAPER

This is to bring to your notice that, I Shreeji Agarwal had subscribed for The Telegraph and had paid a cheque of Rs.630.00. The cheque was encashed on 1st November, 2013. But I have not received the subscription coupons and newspaper till date (30.11.2013). I had already filed a complain in the Telegraph Subscription office on 21st November, 2013 where i got to know that my subscription has already started on 16th November, 2013. They said they have lodged a complain and it would be resolved within 72 hrs. But when i contacted them today (30.11.2013) they said that newspaper in my name has already started being issued since 16.11.2013 and it is not there responsibility whether i have received the paper or not. I should contact the vendor of my area. Please let me know how could I know where the vendor stays and how can a reputed company like telegraph can shrug off there responsibility of whether its subscriber receives newspaper or not without getting a confirmation from is subscriber or without solving their issue. And how can my subscription start from 16.11.2013 when i have not received the coupon as well as paper till now i.e 30.11.2013 It is requested to look into the matter kindly take necessary steps immediately.
