This is to bring to your notice that, I Shreeji Agarwal had subscribed for The Telegraph and had paid a cheque of Rs.630.00. The cheque was encashed on 1st November, 2013. But I have not received the subscription coupons and newspaper till date (30.11.2013). I had already filed a complain in the Telegraph Subscription office on 21st November, 2013 where i got to know that my subscription has already started on 16th November, 2013. They said...
