I have ordered a smart watch on 27th mar, 2020.
They are giving an advertisement on socail media (Instagram). I click on it than it take to me on there website so i ordered a smart watch.
My desirable resolution is to refund or deliver a product to me.

Same thing happened to me too I ordered smartwatch at Rs 1699 COD from soundmania.online . I received the product which is normal broken watch instead of smartwatch with no contact details of Sender only have incomplete address with wrong pincode SKY Enterprises, Ground Floor, Rohini, Sector, Delhi 110089 and I immediately contact ecom express courier to block their payment and return my fund . So they also supporting the fraud people. And now there email I'd also not working from which I received order confirmation
