I ordered jinx waterproof watch 1 april 2020 my order no #6505 and i am pay for advance payment 399rs. But may not be delivered i requested you please refund my payment 399rs....

I have ordered a smart watch on 27th mar, 2020.
They are giving an advertisement on socail media (Instagram). I click on it than it take to me on there website so i ordered a smart watch.
My desirable resolution is to refund or deliver a product to me....

In 21/03/2020 04:32 pm, i ordered a smart watch (Jinx x7 waterproof touch screen wi-fi gps bluetooth android ios smartwatch) of price 396 rupees from the above website thetrustedshop.in sponsered by facebook, my order confirmed via gmail with order id #5131, but till now no updation. On clicking view your order it shown does not exist.
