I received a duplicate and damaged pen on 10th November 2015 for which i paid 4500, they are the cheaters and do not deal with customers after the sale, you can communicate with them only through wats app and when you call their customer service they just asked to wait for the replacement. Guess what they delivered my product in 2 working days as it was on COD but they could not replace it in 30 days. Please do not buy anything from this website and I need my money back please help me as they are not responding at all.
